【摘要】:正差序格局是費(fèi)孝通先生在描述我國鄉(xiāng)土社會人際關(guān)系時提出的概念。受我國傳統(tǒng)文化及現(xiàn)實(shí)中多種因素影響,單位中人際關(guān)系也呈現(xiàn)出較為顯著的差序格局。重視并洞察單位人際關(guān)系中的差序格局現(xiàn)象,了解單位人際關(guān)系差序格局的平衡原則,對于提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)水平、更為融洽地處理單位事務(wù)大有裨益。一、單位人際關(guān)系的差序格局概述在單位中,人際關(guān)系也是以自己為中心,由一根根的私人聯(lián)系所構(gòu)成的網(wǎng)絡(luò),單位員工之間來往構(gòu)
[Abstract]:The positive order pattern is a concept put forward by Mr. Fei Xiaotong when describing the interpersonal relationship in the local society of our country. It is influenced by many factors in the traditional culture and reality of our country. In order to improve the level of leadership, we should pay attention to and insight into the phenomenon of the differential order pattern in the unit interpersonal relationship, and understand the balance principle of the difference order pattern in the unit interpersonal relationship, so as to improve the level of leadership. It is helpful to deal with unit affairs more harmoniously. First, the difference order pattern of unit interpersonal relationship is summarized in the unit, interpersonal relationship is also a network which is centered on itself and is composed of one root and one private connection, and the unit employees interact with each other
