【摘要】：大革命失敗后,陳濟(jì)棠積極反共,在蔣桂戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和蔣閻馮中原大戰(zhàn)中支持蔣介石。陳濟(jì)棠成為"南天王"之后,同蔣介石之間的矛盾日益尖銳。毛澤東最早認(rèn)識(shí)到陳濟(jì)棠與蔣介石之間的矛盾,并采取正確方針,為中央蘇區(qū)第三次反"圍剿"取得勝利創(chuàng)造了有利條件。共產(chǎn)國(guó)際遠(yuǎn)東局軍事代表曼弗雷德·施特恩在有關(guān)報(bào)告中正確分析了陳濟(jì)棠同蔣介石的矛盾,為共產(chǎn)國(guó)際提供了正確的參考。1933年11月,在蔡廷鍇發(fā)動(dòng)福建事變時(shí),陳濟(jì)棠派出代表到中央蘇區(qū)談判。由于共產(chǎn)國(guó)際脫離實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)方針,中共中央因"左"傾教條主義的桎梏,致使談判曲曲折折,在相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間沒有取得進(jìn)展。在中央紅軍實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻,周恩來、朱德抓住時(shí)機(jī),沒有按照共產(chǎn)國(guó)際的指示行事,以靈活、務(wù)實(shí)的方針指導(dǎo)談判,終于達(dá)成了協(xié)議,從而為中央紅軍通過前三道封鎖線創(chuàng)造了有利條件,避免了可能遭受的慘重?fù)p失。
[Abstract]:After the defeat of the Great Revolution, Chen Jitang actively opposed the Communist Party, supporting Jiang Jieshi during the war between Jiang Gui and the Central Plains of Jiang Yan. After Chen Jitang became the "Southern Heaven King," The contradiction with Jiang Jieshi is becoming sharper and sharper. Mao Zedong was the first to recognize the contradiction between Chen Jitang and Jiang Jieshi and adopt a correct policy. It created favorable conditions for the victory of the third counter-campaign against "encirclement and suppression" in the Central Soviet region. Manfred Stein, military representative of the far East Bureau of the Communist International, correctly analyzed the contradiction between Chen Jitang and Jiang Jieshi in the relevant report. In November 1933, when Cai Tingkai launched the Fujian incident, Chen Jitang sent a representative to the Central Soviet area to negotiate. As the Communist International deviated from the actual guidelines, Because of the shackles of "left" dogmatism, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made no progress in the negotiations due to its "left" dogmatism. At the crucial moment of the Central Red Army's implementation of the strategic transfer, Zhou Enlai and Zhu De seized the opportunity. Failing to act in accordance with the instructions of the Comintern and guiding the negotiations with flexible and pragmatic principles, an agreement was finally reached, thus creating favourable conditions for the Central Red Army to pass the first three lines of blockade and avoiding the heavy losses that might have been incurred.
