【摘要】：解決黨內(nèi)政治生活中的思想政治問題必須立足于抓常抓細(xì),在經(jīng)常性教育上下功夫,按照思想建黨和制度治黨緊密結(jié)合的要求,切實抓好新時期思想政治建設(shè)的建章立制工作。要健全黨性教育的核心引導(dǎo)機制,增強思想政治建設(shè)聯(lián)動性;健全聚焦問題的監(jiān)督預(yù)警機制,增強思想政治建設(shè)針對性;健全較真碰硬的查處整改機制,增強思想政治建設(shè)嚴(yán)肅性;健全創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的工作動力機制,增強思想政治建設(shè)有效性;健全務(wù)實管用的主體責(zé)任機制,增強思想政治建設(shè)持續(xù)性。要通過一系列的"組合拳"、"制度群",把思想政治建設(shè)無形的內(nèi)容有形化、規(guī)范化、制度化、常態(tài)化和長效化,推動思想政治建設(shè)由"一陣風(fēng)"變?yōu)?四季風(fēng)"。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the ideological and political problems in the party's political life, we must be based on the need to pay close attention to the constant attention to detail, to work hard on regular education, and to closely combine the ideological building of the party with the system of administering the party. It is necessary to improve the core guiding mechanism of party spirit education, strengthen the linkage of ideological and political construction, improve the supervision and warning mechanism focusing on the problems, and strengthen the pertinence of ideological and political construction. To improve the mechanism of investigation and punishment, to enhance the seriousness of ideological and political construction, to improve the work motive mechanism driven by innovation, to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political construction, to improve the mechanism of principal responsibility for practical and effective work, To enhance the sustainability of ideological and political construction. Through a series of "combined boxing" and "system groups," we should make the invisible contents of ideological and political construction visible, standardized, institutionalized, regularized and long-lasting. Promoting ideological and political construction from a "gust of wind" to "four seasons wind."
