【摘要】：當前,文化強弱已經(jīng)成為展示各國綜合實力的重要部分。作為近代中國革命過程中必須面對的重要歷史課題,文化建設在中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導的革命事業(yè)發(fā)展進程中起著重要的作用。二十世紀三四十年代,隨著沂蒙抗日根據(jù)地的逐步建立,當?shù)匚幕ㄔO事業(yè)在黨的領(lǐng)導和推動下不斷得到發(fā)展,沂蒙人民在文化建設過程中創(chuàng)造了很多典型做法,取得了十分寶貴的歷史經(jīng)驗。本文主要由引言、正文、結(jié)語組成。第一部分引言。主要是文獻綜述及研究對象、方法,對根據(jù)地文化建設的相關(guān)研究進行了梳理。正文分四部分:第一部分沂蒙抗日根據(jù)地文化建設的背景與進程。首先通過分析抗日戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)特別是沂蒙抗日根據(jù)地建立以后,根據(jù)地所面臨的復雜內(nèi)外環(huán)境,得出根據(jù)地開展文化建設的必要性和有利條件,它的開展是黨為動員民眾抗戰(zhàn)積極性和堅持長期敵后抗戰(zhàn)的需要;其次,闡述了根據(jù)地文化建設的發(fā)展歷程,并根據(jù)各個時期中心任務和發(fā)展特點的不同,依次將其劃分為起步階段(1932-1939)、發(fā)展階段(1940-1942)和興盛階段(1943-1945),對每個階段文化建設所具有的特點進行了分析。第二部分沂蒙抗日根據(jù)地文化建設的具體實踐。也是本文的中心部分,主要從三方面展開論述。首先從根據(jù)地文化建設的領(lǐng)導和組織機構(gòu)的相繼成立談起;其次探討了根據(jù)地的文化政策,指出戰(zhàn)時文化工作與文化政策的制定都是圍繞戰(zhàn)爭展開、為戰(zhàn)爭宣傳服務的;三是主要從教育、新聞出版、文藝宣傳等具體方面對文化建設的相關(guān)實踐進行了論述。第三部分沂蒙抗日根據(jù)地文化建設的基本特點與歷史作用�？偨Y(jié)概括了根據(jù)地文化建設的基本特點,指出沂蒙根據(jù)地文化建設既有一般文化建設的共性,又帶有區(qū)域性色彩,文化建設在鞏固根據(jù)地、打退敵人文化進攻、啟迪人們心智、培養(yǎng)黨政干部、改善社會風氣及孕育沂蒙精神等方面產(chǎn)生了重要作用。第四部分沂蒙抗日根據(jù)地文化建設的主要經(jīng)驗和當代啟示。概括總結(jié)了根據(jù)地文化建設所取得的主要經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合當前我國深化文化體制改革、建設社會主義文化強國的的新背景,闡述了根據(jù)地文化建設的開展對于當前文化建設的啟示。結(jié)語部分主要是對本文的歸納和總結(jié)。結(jié)合當前文化發(fā)展實際,以期引起人們對于文化建設的重視。
[Abstract]:At present, the strength of culture has become an important part of showing the comprehensive strength of various countries. As an important historical subject that must be faced in the course of modern Chinese revolution, Cultural construction plays an important role in the development of the revolutionary cause led by the Communist Party of China. In 20th century, with the gradual establishment of the Yimeng Anti-Japanese Base area, The cause of local cultural construction has been continuously developed under the leadership and promotion of the Party, and the people of Yimeng have created many typical practices in the process of cultural construction and gained valuable historical experience. Conclusion composition. The first part is introduction. It is mainly literature review and research object, method, The text is divided into four parts: the first part is the background and process of the cultural construction in Yimeng Anti-Japanese Base area. The characteristics of each stage of cultural construction are analyzed. The second part is the concrete practice of the cultural construction in Yimeng Anti-Japanese Base area, which is also the central part of this paper. This paper mainly discusses from three aspects. Firstly, it starts with the establishment of the leadership and organization of the cultural construction in the base area; secondly, it discusses the cultural policy of the base area, and points out that both the cultural work and the formulation of the cultural policy in wartime revolve around the war. Service for war propaganda; third, mainly from education, press and publication, In the third part, the author discusses the basic characteristics and historical functions of the cultural construction in Yimeng Anti-Japanese Base area, summarizes the basic characteristics of the cultural construction in the base area, and summarizes the basic characteristics of the cultural construction in the base area.
