【摘要】：正調(diào)查說明調(diào)查時間:2015年4月9日-4月23日調(diào)查樣本:7983份(網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷5462份,紙質(zhì)問卷2521份)調(diào)查方式:在人民論壇網(wǎng)、網(wǎng)易、搜狐等多家網(wǎng)站推出網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查問卷;通過人民論壇理論調(diào)研點在北京、河南、江蘇、山東等地面向黨政干部群體和普通民眾隨機(jī)發(fā)放紙質(zhì)問卷,回收有效問卷2521份。調(diào)查結(jié)果八成多受訪者對官員霸道現(xiàn)象非常反感,干部和普通民眾所反感的"霸道"現(xiàn)象有所不同。近七成受訪公眾認(rèn)為50%以上的官員存在著霸道習(xí)氣,不少干部對此感到委屈。56.7%受訪者不認(rèn)同"官員只要能為民辦實事,言語粗暴、
[Abstract]:The time of investigation: from April 9th 2015 to April 23rd, there were 7 983 samples (5462 online questionnaires and 2 521 paper questionnaires): online questionnaires were launched on many websites such as people's Forum, NetEase, Sohu and so on; Through the people's Forum theoretical research points in Beijing, Henan, Jiangsu, Shandong and other places to party and government cadres and ordinary people randomly distributed paper questionnaires, The results of the survey show that more than 80% of the interviewees are very disgusted by the phenomenon of overbearing by officials, and the phenomenon of "overbearing" by cadres and ordinary people is different. Nearly 70% of the public interviewed believe that more than 50% officials have a habit of overbearing. Many cadres felt aggrieved by this. 56.7% of the interviewees did not agree that "as long as officials can do real things for the people, their words are rude."
