【摘要】：嚴(yán)明的政治紀(jì)律是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨具有的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)和光榮傳統(tǒng),是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨90多年來(lái)始終保持先進(jìn)性和純潔性,始終走在時(shí)代前列的重要保證。十八大以來(lái),以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央提出全面從嚴(yán)治黨,要求嚴(yán)明政治紀(jì)律和政治規(guī)矩。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷來(lái)重視加強(qiáng)政治紀(jì)律建設(shè),回顧改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨加強(qiáng)政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),為今后的政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)提供借鑒。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨從保持黨的先進(jìn)性和純潔性的內(nèi)在要求出發(fā),在總結(jié)黨的建設(shè)史上加強(qiáng)政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的正反經(jīng)驗(yàn),堅(jiān)持全面從嚴(yán)治黨,不斷加強(qiáng)政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)。從中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨推進(jìn)政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程來(lái)看,改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨加強(qiáng)政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)分為四個(gè)階段。分別是政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的撥亂反正(1978年至1989年)、政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的繼續(xù)發(fā)展(1990年至2002年)、政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的不斷加強(qiáng)(2003年至2011年)以及政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展(2012年至今)。在總結(jié)改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨加強(qiáng)政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程中,可以看出,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的主要從加強(qiáng)黨性修養(yǎng)、堅(jiān)持理論學(xué)習(xí)、完善制度體系、抓住關(guān)鍵少數(shù)以及加強(qiáng)紀(jì)律審查等方面展開(kāi)。由此看出,經(jīng)過(guò)三十多年的不斷推進(jìn),政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)維護(hù)中央權(quán)威、維護(hù)黨內(nèi)團(tuán)結(jié)、密切黨群干群關(guān)系、改善黨的國(guó)際形象等方面取得了重大成效。因此,總結(jié)改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨加強(qiáng)政治紀(jì)律建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),要求強(qiáng)化黨員的紀(jì)律意識(shí),完善紀(jì)律制度體系,堅(jiān)持紀(jì)律處分保障機(jī)制,推進(jìn)紀(jì)律檢查體制改革。
[Abstract]:Yan Ming's political discipline is the unique advantage and glorious tradition of the CPC. It is an important guarantee for the CPC to maintain its advanced nature and purity throughout the 90 years, and to always be in the forefront of the times. Since the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China, The CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has put forward a comprehensive and strict administration of the party, demanding strict political discipline and rules. The CPC has always attached importance to strengthening the construction of political discipline. Reviewing the development course of strengthening the political discipline construction of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up, summing up the experience, providing reference for the political discipline construction in the future. Proceeding from the inherent requirements of maintaining the Party's advanced nature and purity, the Communist Party of China has summed up the positive and negative experiences of strengthening the building of political discipline in the history of party building, and has persisted in administering the party in an all-round and strict manner. Constantly strengthening the construction of political discipline. From the perspective of the development of the Communist Party of China in promoting the construction of political discipline, Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the Communist Party of China has strengthened the construction of political discipline in four stages. They are the rectification of political discipline (from 1978 to 1989) and the continued development of the construction of political discipline (from 1990 to 1990). Continuously strengthening (from 2003 to 2011) and innovating and developing the construction of political discipline (2012 to present). In the course of summing up the development of the Communist Party of China in strengthening the construction of political discipline since the reform and opening up, It can be seen that the construction of political discipline of the Communist Party of China is mainly carried out from the following aspects: strengthening the cultivation of party spirit, insisting on theoretical study, perfecting the system, grasping the key few and strengthening the disciplinary review. After more than 30 years of continuous promotion, the construction of political discipline has achieved great results in safeguarding the authority of the central government, maintaining inner-party unity, strengthening the relations between the cadres and the masses of the party and improving the party's international image. To sum up the basic experience of the Communist Party of China in strengthening the construction of political discipline since the reform and opening to the outside world, it is necessary to strengthen the Party members' sense of discipline, perfect the disciplinary system system, adhere to the mechanism of safeguarding disciplinary punishment, and promote the reform of the disciplinary inspection system
