【摘要】：嚴(yán)明黨的紀(jì)律和規(guī)矩是落實(shí)全面從嚴(yán)治黨的治本之策,黨的紀(jì)律和規(guī)矩是一個(gè)互相聯(lián)系的整體。把紀(jì)律和規(guī)矩挺在前面是保持黨的性質(zhì)和宗旨的必然要求,便于黨員干部在實(shí)踐中規(guī)約自己的行動(dòng)。嚴(yán)守黨的紀(jì)律和規(guī)矩是黨員干部廉潔從政的根本保證,黨員干部嚴(yán)守黨的紀(jì)律和規(guī)矩,以人民群眾的價(jià)值追求和社會(huì)進(jìn)步為核心,在黨內(nèi)和全社會(huì)具有極高的認(rèn)可度,能夠?qū)伯a(chǎn)黨人的價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)空前的提升。嚴(yán)守黨的紀(jì)律和規(guī)矩是實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大"中國(guó)夢(mèng)"的重要前提,黨員干部要把嚴(yán)守黨的紀(jì)律和規(guī)矩同堅(jiān)定崇高的理想信念、同培養(yǎng)高尚的道德情操,同勤奮工作、推動(dòng)科學(xué)發(fā)展密切聯(lián)系起來(lái)。
[Abstract]:Strict discipline and rules of the Party is the fundamental policy of implementing a comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, and the discipline and rules of the Party are a interrelated whole. Keeping discipline and rules ahead of them is an inevitable requirement for maintaining the nature and purpose of the Party. It is convenient for party members and cadres to regulate their own actions in practice. Strict observance of party discipline and rules is the fundamental guarantee for party members and cadres to be honest in politics. Party members and cadres strictly abide by party discipline and rules, with the value pursuit and social progress of the people as the core. With a high degree of recognition within the Party and the whole society, it can achieve unprecedented promotion of the value of Communists. Strict observance of party discipline and rules is an important prerequisite for the realization of the great "Chinese Dream." Party members and cadres should closely link strict observance of party discipline and rules with firm and lofty ideals and beliefs, cultivation of noble moral sentiments, hard work, and promotion of scientific development.
