【摘要】：黨內(nèi)政治文化是馬克思主義政黨理論體系中一個(gè)特色概念;是中國共產(chǎn)黨政黨文化的核心內(nèi)容,對(duì)于建設(shè)社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化具有引領(lǐng)作用。黨內(nèi)政治文化需要通過黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度來承載、呈現(xiàn),同時(shí),黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度也是黨內(nèi)政治文化的重要組成部分。黨內(nèi)政治文化是黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度的靈魂,直接影響著黨內(nèi)制度規(guī)范、組織原則以及黨員行為模式,塑造著黨內(nèi)政治生活的基本樣態(tài),進(jìn)而帶動(dòng)和引領(lǐng)整個(gè)國家的政治文化乃至全部政治生活的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Inner-party political culture is a characteristic concept in the Marxist party theory system and the core content of the party culture of the Communist Party of China. The political culture within the Party needs to be carried and presented through the inner-party laws and regulations, and at the same time, The system of inner-party laws and regulations is also an important part of the inner-party political culture, which is the soul of the inner-party legal system. It shapes the basic state of the political life within the Party, and then leads the development of the whole country's political culture and even the whole political life.
