【摘要】：廉政評(píng)價(jià)是指通過(guò)廣泛收集和分析不同社會(huì)群體對(duì)廉政建設(shè)狀況的客觀評(píng)價(jià),科學(xué)研判廉政建設(shè)形勢(shì)和反腐成效。開展廉政評(píng)價(jià)有助于引導(dǎo)公眾廉政監(jiān)督,發(fā)揮反腐預(yù)警功能。江西在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外廉政評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,在拓寬評(píng)價(jià)主體、完善評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、規(guī)范評(píng)價(jià)方法等方面進(jìn)行了有益的探索。根據(jù)當(dāng)前廉政評(píng)價(jià)面臨的難點(diǎn),參照江西的實(shí)踐,提出一些完善廉政評(píng)價(jià)的建議,可以為科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)廉政狀況和反腐倡廉績(jī)效提供新的視角和思路。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of clean government refers to the scientific evaluation of the situation and effectiveness of anti-corruption through the extensive collection and analysis of the objective evaluation of the construction of clean government by different social groups. On the basis of drawing lessons from the evaluation experience of clean government at home and abroad, Jiangxi is widening the main body of evaluation, perfecting the evaluation index and innovating the evaluation mechanism. According to the difficulties facing the evaluation of a clean government at present, and referring to the practice of Jiangxi, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the evaluation of a clean government. It can provide a new perspective and train of thought for scientific and accurate evaluation of the situation of clean government and the performance of anti-corruption.
