【摘要】：推進(jìn)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè),需要積極探索和實(shí)現(xiàn)提升社會(huì)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同的體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新,從而不斷提高主流意識(shí)形態(tài)的凝聚力。完善我國(guó)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同輿論宣傳機(jī)制,即強(qiáng)化以人為本的輿論宣傳理念,創(chuàng)新主流意識(shí)形態(tài)輿論宣傳工作內(nèi)容,改進(jìn)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)輿論宣傳方式;建立我國(guó)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同溝通機(jī)制,即建立主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同溝通利益訴求表達(dá)機(jī)制,建立主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同溝通受理機(jī)制,建立主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同溝通保障機(jī)制;強(qiáng)化我國(guó)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同灌輸教育機(jī)制,灌輸教育的內(nèi)容注重科學(xué)性和通俗性,灌輸教育的方法注重針對(duì)性和靈活性,灌輸教育的手段注重創(chuàng)新性;構(gòu)筑我國(guó)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同監(jiān)督管理機(jī)制,即增強(qiáng)國(guó)家管理部門對(duì)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的總體掌控力,創(chuàng)新主流意識(shí)形態(tài)監(jiān)督管理的方式方法,積極推進(jìn)監(jiān)督管理的立法進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:To promote the construction of mainstream ideology, we need to actively explore and realize the innovation of system and mechanism to promote the social mainstream ideology identity. In order to continuously improve the cohesion of the mainstream ideology, improve the mainstream ideology of our country to identify with the public opinion propaganda mechanism, that is, strengthen the people-oriented concept of public opinion propaganda, innovation of the mainstream ideology of public opinion propaganda work content. Improving the propaganda mode of mainstream ideology; The establishment of the mainstream ideological identity communication mechanism, that is, the establishment of mainstream ideological identity communication interest demand expression mechanism, the establishment of mainstream ideological identity communication acceptance mechanism. Establishing the mainstream ideology identity communication guarantee mechanism; Strengthening the mainstream ideology of our country to instill education mechanism, inculcating the content of education to pay attention to science and popularity, inculcating the method of education to pay attention to pertinence and flexibility, inculcating the means of education to pay attention to innovation; To construct the supervision and management mechanism of the mainstream ideology in our country, that is, to strengthen the overall control of the mainstream ideological field by the national management department, and to innovate the ways and means of the supervision and management of the mainstream ideology. We will actively promote the legislative process of supervision and management.
