【摘要】：正"權與法"的關系問題,是全面推進依法治國面臨的一個重大理論與實踐問題。權與法的關系處理不好,勢必導致法治不彰。所有領導干部都要正確認識和處理權與法的關系,自覺尊法學法守法用法,自覺堅持"法大于權",堅決糾正和解決"權大于法"問題。一、堅持"法大于權"的重點是規(guī)范和約束公權力全面推進依法治國,領導干部是"關鍵少數(shù)"。在現(xiàn)實生活中,有的領導干部法治意識淡薄,有法不依、違法不究、知法犯法等現(xiàn)象還比較普遍。比如,不屑學法,心中無法;以言代法,以權壓法;執(zhí)法不嚴,粗暴執(zhí)法;干預司法,徇私枉
