【摘要】：正舉世矚目的黨的十八屆五中全會(huì),圓滿落下帷幕。這是我國即將進(jìn)入全面建成小康社會(huì)決勝階段召開的一次重要會(huì)議。全會(huì)聽取和討論了習(xí)近平總書記受中央政治局委托作的工作報(bào)告,審議通過了《中共中央關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃的建議》(以下簡稱《建議》)。全會(huì)認(rèn)為,到2020年全面建成小康社會(huì),是我們黨確定的"兩個(gè)一百年"奮斗目標(biāo)的第一個(gè)百年奮斗目標(biāo)。全會(huì)高度評價(jià)"十二五"時(shí)期特別是黨的十八大以來我國取得的
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee is attracting worldwide attention. This is an important meeting that China is about to enter into the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The plenary session listened to and discussed the work report commissioned by General Secretary Xi Jinping by the political Bureau of the Central Committee of the people's Republic of China. The "proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development" (hereinafter referred to as "the proposal") was deliberated and adopted. The plenum held that a well-off society should be built in an all-round way by 2020. It is the first century-long goal of the "two hundred years" struggle set by our Party. The plenum highly appraised the achievements of our country during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, especially since the 18 National Congress of the Party.
