【摘要】：正當前,越來越多的"90后"年輕干部到基層工作。面對所謂的"新生代",要從以下幾個方面入手,為他們搭建科學成長平臺。轉變思想觀念,打造能吃苦、不畏難的"新新一代"。要以經常性地開展黨性教育、舉辦基層年輕干部培訓班和組織年輕干部座談會等方式,了解他們的心理變化,傾聽他們的內心訴求,引導他們樹立正確的基層群眾觀,培養(yǎng)吃苦耐勞精神,展現新時期年輕人的韌勁。創(chuàng)造良好環(huán)境,避免"90后"基層干部成為被社會質疑的群體。要通過宣傳"90后"基層干部先進典型、加強
[Abstract]:At present, more and more "post-90s" young cadres are working at the grass-roots level. In the face of the so-called "new generation," we should start with the following aspects to set up a scientific platform for their growth and change their ideas. We should build a "new generation" capable of suffering hardships and not fearing difficulties. We should constantly carry out party spirit education, hold training courses for young cadres at the grass-roots level, and organize forums for young cadres to understand their psychological changes.
