【摘要】：正習(xí)近平總書記指出年輕干部要多"墩墩苗",把基礎(chǔ)搞扎實(shí)了,后面的路才能走得更穩(wěn)更遠(yuǎn)。張掖市在深入分析研判當(dāng)前干部隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,啟動(dòng)實(shí)施年輕干部"墩苗計(jì)劃"和"穗選計(jì)劃",建立年輕干部常態(tài)化培養(yǎng)選拔機(jī)制,有計(jì)劃地安排年輕干部接受鍛煉,為長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)
