【摘要】：研究青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)意義重大。青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)一直牽動(dòng)著黨和政府、人民群眾和整個(gè)社會(huì)的心。青年順利解決自身的就業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)問題,不僅有助于青年自身的健康成長,更關(guān)系到整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定。目前,中國正面臨著深刻的變化,社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)正朝著多元化方向發(fā)展,社會(huì)的利益主體和組織形式也趨于復(fù)雜化,表現(xiàn)為靈活的的就業(yè)方式、多樣的分配方式和豐富的生活方式,這些都一定程度影響著青年一代的價(jià)值取向和職業(yè)選擇。新形勢下,共青團(tuán)組織要樹立起共青團(tuán)工作的“新常態(tài)思維”,推動(dòng)共青團(tuán)服務(wù)青年創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作在新常態(tài)下實(shí)現(xiàn)新發(fā)展;幫助青年提升創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力;努力構(gòu)建服務(wù)體系,提升服務(wù)能力,幫助青年在“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”的實(shí)踐中實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。本文以內(nèi)蒙古涼城縣為例,對(duì)涼城縣共青團(tuán)服務(wù)青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)工作現(xiàn)狀開展系統(tǒng)研究。引言部分主要介紹了選題的背景與研究意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究方法,創(chuàng)新和不足以及理論依據(jù)。對(duì)共青團(tuán)服務(wù)青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)理論進(jìn)行了概述。通過問卷調(diào)查方法總結(jié)了涼城縣青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀。以涼城縣為例,闡述了共青團(tuán)組織服務(wù)青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,共青團(tuán)組織工作經(jīng)費(fèi)來源有限等制約因素。最后探討了促進(jìn)共青團(tuán)服務(wù)青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)在從嚴(yán)從實(shí)治團(tuán)管團(tuán)、建立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)園等方面的思路和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Study on major youth employment and entrepreneurship. Youth employment and entrepreneurship has always been the concern of the party and the government, the people and the whole society's heart. Youth employment and entrepreneurship successfully solve the problems of its own, is not only helpful to young people's healthy growth, but to the entire national economy sustainable development and social harmony and stability. At present. China is facing profound changes in the economic structure of the society is moving in the direction of diversification, the interests of the subject and forms of social organization are more complicated, for flexible employment, diverse distribution and rich life style, these are to a certain extent affect the value orientation and occupation selection of young generation. Under the new situation, the Communist Youth League organizations to establish the work of the Communist Youth League of the "new normal thinking", to promote the Youth League s service innovation and entrepreneurship work to achieve new development under the new normal green help; To enhance the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship; to construct the service system, improve service capabilities, to help the youth in the public business, to achieve self value practice innovation ". This paper takes Inner Mongolia County of Liangcheng as an example, the Liangcheng County Youth League s service employment situation development system research. The introduction part mainly introduces the background and significance of the study the topic, research status at home and abroad, research methods, innovation and shortcomings as well as the theoretical basis. The Communist Youth League Youth Employment and entrepreneurship theory are summarized. Through the questionnaire survey method, summarizes the current situation of Liangcheng County youth employment and entrepreneurship. Taking Liangcheng County as an example, describes the organization of the Communist Youth League Youth Employment and entrepreneurship service status, sources of funding the Communist Youth League organization the limited factors. Finally, discussed the promotion of youth employment and entrepreneurship in the Communist Youth League service strictly from the treatment group tube group, the establishment of College Students' Innovation Ideas and Countermeasures in the field of karma.
