【摘要】：陳云是一名偉大的革命家和有著彪炳功績的馬克思主義戰(zhàn)士�；谪S厚的理論積淀和實踐經(jīng)驗,他在其畢生的革命和建設(shè)生涯中倡導(dǎo)要實行黨內(nèi)民主。作為黨的第一代和第二代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成員之一,陳云根據(jù)當(dāng)時的黨內(nèi)外情況提出了比較豐富的關(guān)于黨內(nèi)民主的相關(guān)理論,從對經(jīng)典作家的學(xué)習(xí)到對黨內(nèi)工作失誤的經(jīng)驗總結(jié),以及對黨內(nèi)民主的認(rèn)識和對我們黨的建設(shè)的重要性,陳云都作了深入的思考并且適當(dāng)?shù)膶⑵湄瀼叵氯?這在黨內(nèi)形成了一種良好的民主作風(fēng)和氛圍,延續(xù)了黨的優(yōu)良作風(fēng)和坦白誠懇的工作態(tài)度。陳云關(guān)于黨內(nèi)民主的思想始終閃耀著時代的光輝,我們研究黨內(nèi)民主的發(fā)展,離不開對其黨內(nèi)民主思想的汲取和借鑒。 本文第一部分探討了陳云黨內(nèi)民主思想形成的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實依據(jù),其黨內(nèi)民主思想奠定于馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家關(guān)于黨內(nèi)民主的相關(guān)理論,包括馬克思,列寧和毛澤東的黨內(nèi)民主思想理論,這些理論在很大程度上促進(jìn)了陳云黨內(nèi)民主思想的發(fā)展。在黨的革命和建設(shè)生涯中的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)如王明等人的左傾錯誤路線,大躍進(jìn)等運動成為陳云黨內(nèi)民主思想形成的現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。第二部分主要論述了陳云黨內(nèi)民主思想的主要內(nèi)容,主要包含了其對在黨內(nèi)發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主對于執(zhí)政黨的重要性認(rèn)識、關(guān)于發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主需要遵循基本原則的主張以及黨內(nèi)民主發(fā)展的基本方法的相關(guān)論述。第三部分探討了陳云黨內(nèi)民主思想具備的理論價值和現(xiàn)實啟示,從對我黨黨內(nèi)民主理論的豐富以及對執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)的價值展開論述,并且從現(xiàn)實出發(fā)考量陳云黨內(nèi)民主思想對我們黨內(nèi)民主發(fā)展的借鑒意義。 本文從歷史經(jīng)驗,理論梳理和對現(xiàn)實的啟示三方面來架構(gòu)陳云關(guān)于黨內(nèi)民主的思想。堅持理論聯(lián)系實際的基本方法,通過對陳云黨內(nèi)民主思想的充分挖掘,利用其核心價值來指導(dǎo)新時期黨內(nèi)民主的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Chen Yun is a great revolutionary and Marxist fighter with outstanding achievements, based on rich theoretical accumulation and practical experience. During his life of revolution and construction, he advocated the practice of inner-party democracy as one of the leaders of the first and second generation of the Party. Chen Yun according to the situation inside and outside the party at that time put forward a relatively rich theory about inner-party democracy, from the study of classic writers to the experience of inner-party work mistakes. As well as the understanding of inner-party democracy and the importance of our party building, Chen Yun has made in-depth thinking and properly carried out it, which has formed a good democratic style and atmosphere within the Party. Chen Yun's thought on inner-party democracy is always shining with the brilliance of the times, and we study the development of inner-party democracy. Cannot leave to its inner-party democratic thought the absorption and the reference. The first part of this paper discusses the theoretical basis and practical basis of the formation of Chen Yun's inner-party democratic thought, which is based on the relevant theories of Marxist classic writers on inner-party democracy, including Marx. Lenin and Mao Zedong's theory of inner-party democratic thought, to a great extent, promoted the development of Chen Yun's inner-party democratic thought, and the experience and lessons in the Party's revolution and construction career, such as the wrong left-leaning line of Wang Ming and others. The Great Leap forward and other movements have become the realistic basis for the formation of Chen Yun's inner-party democratic thought. The second part mainly discusses the main content of the inner party democratic thought of Chen Yun. It mainly includes its understanding of the importance of developing inner-party democracy to the ruling party. On the development of inner-party democracy need to follow the basic principles and the basic methods of inner-party democracy development related exposition. The third part discusses the theoretical value and practical enlightenment of Chen Yun's inner-party democratic thought. This paper discusses the enrichment of the theory of inner-party democracy and the value of the construction of ruling ability, and considers the significance of Chen Yun's inner-party democratic thought to the development of inner-party democracy. This paper constructs Chen Yun's thought on inner-party democracy from three aspects: historical experience, theoretical combing and inspiration to reality. It adheres to the basic method of integrating theory with practice, and fully excavates the thought of intra-party democracy of Chen Yun. Use its core value to guide the development of inner-party democracy in the new period.
