【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立初期,民間書(shū)業(yè)市場(chǎng)的繁榮和普通民眾的閱讀趣味已經(jīng)不能承載起新政權(quán)、新社會(huì)宣傳新思想、傳播新道德的任務(wù)。從思想文化建設(shè)的政治訴求出發(fā),中共從新政權(quán)誕生之日起就開(kāi)始對(duì)各種舊書(shū)攤販及書(shū)刊圖畫(huà)進(jìn)行一系列的政府規(guī)制,這一工作后來(lái)發(fā)展成為一個(gè)頗具意識(shí)形態(tài)意味的處理反動(dòng)、淫穢、荒誕書(shū)刊圖畫(huà)的大規(guī)模行動(dòng),并通過(guò)相關(guān)社會(huì)宣傳和政治動(dòng)員、書(shū)刊查禁和收換、租書(shū)攤鋪登記等幾個(gè)步驟,基本完成了這一前所未有的政治任務(wù),既改變了一般民眾的閱讀興趣,提升了民眾的閱讀品質(zhì),同時(shí)也直接或間接地塑造了一種新的社會(huì)理想和道德,促進(jìn)了社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the prosperity of the folk book market and the reading interest of the ordinary people could no longer carry the task of new political power, new society publicizing new ideas and spreading new morality. Starting from the political demands of ideological and cultural construction, the Communist Party of China began to carry out a series of government regulations on all kinds of old book vendors and books and periodicals pictures from the date of the birth of the new regime. This work later developed into a large-scale action with ideological significance to deal with reactionary, obscene, absurd books and periodicals pictures, and through the relevant social propaganda and political mobilization, book ban and exchange, book rental stall registration, and so on. It has basically completed this unprecedented political task, which not only changed the reading interest of the general public, improved the reading quality of the people, but also directly or indirectly shaped a new social ideal and morality, and promoted the development of socialist cultural construction.
