【摘要】：正1)2015年4月,我國(guó)修改發(fā)布了《中華人民共和國(guó)計(jì)量法》。申明:制定本法是"為了加強(qiáng)計(jì)量監(jiān)督管理,保障國(guó)家計(jì)量單位制的統(tǒng)一和量值的準(zhǔn)確可靠,有利于生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的需要,維護(hù)國(guó)家、人民的利益"。宣布:"國(guó)家采用國(guó)際單位制。國(guó)際單位制計(jì)量單位和國(guó)家選定的其他計(jì)量單位,為國(guó)家法定計(jì)量單位。國(guó)家法定計(jì)量單位的名稱、符號(hào)由國(guó)務(wù)院公布。非國(guó)家法定計(jì)量單位應(yīng)當(dāng)廢除。廢除
[Abstract]:In April 2015, China revised and promulgated the Metrology Law of the people's Republic of China. It is stated that this Law is formulated "in order to strengthen the supervision and management of metrology, to ensure the unity of the unit system of measurement and the accuracy and reliability of the value, to facilitate the development of production, trade, science and technology, to meet the needs of socialist modernization, and to safeguard the interests of the country and the people." It is announced that: "the state adopts the international unit system. The international unit system of measurement and other units of measurement selected by the state shall be the national legal units of measurement. The name of the national legal unit of measurement shall be promulgated by the State Council. The non-state legal unit of measurement shall be abolished. Abrogated.
