【摘要】：以重慶市科技期刊編輯人員為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用主成分分析法以KMO檢驗(yàn)和巴特利特(Bartlett)球形檢驗(yàn)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選問卷題目,對(duì)科技期刊編輯的職業(yè)認(rèn)同狀況進(jìn)行研究.結(jié)果顯示評(píng)價(jià)科技期刊編輯在職業(yè)認(rèn)同的6個(gè)方面(職業(yè)期望、職業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)、職業(yè)技能、職業(yè)情感、職業(yè)意志和職業(yè)價(jià)值觀)存在差異,職業(yè)期望的平均分最高,職業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)其次,然后依次是職業(yè)技能、職業(yè)情感、職業(yè)意志和職業(yè)價(jià)值觀.這說明科技期刊編輯職業(yè)期望較高,對(duì)科技期刊編輯職業(yè)有著濃厚的興趣.重慶市科技期刊編輯人員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同總體水平不高,需要編輯不斷提高自己的職業(yè)技能,增強(qiáng)職業(yè)情感,加深職業(yè)認(rèn)知,提升自己的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀,把自己的職業(yè)期望和期刊的發(fā)展緊密結(jié)合起來.
[Abstract]:Taking the editors of Chongqing sci-tech periodicals as the research object, this paper studies the professional identity of sci-tech periodical editors by using principal component analysis (PCA) to screen the questionnaire questions with KMO test and Bartrite (Bartlett) spherical test as the standard. The results showed that there were differences in the six aspects of professional identity (vocational expectation, vocational cognition, vocational skills, professional emotion, professional will and professional values). The average score of professional expectation was the highest, followed by vocational cognition, followed by vocational skills, professional emotion, professional will and professional values. This shows that the editing profession of sci-tech periodicals has high expectations and has a strong interest in the editing profession of sci-tech periodicals. The overall level of professional identity of editors of Chongqing sci-tech periodicals is not high, so it is necessary for editors to constantly improve their vocational skills, enhance professional emotion, deepen professional cognition, enhance their professional values, and closely combine their professional expectations with the development of periodicals.
