【摘要】：晚清民國時(shí)期,丁福保出版發(fā)行了一大批營養(yǎng)衛(wèi)生學(xué)著述,為近代中國營養(yǎng)衛(wèi)生科學(xué)的傳播作出重要貢獻(xiàn)。丁福保對(duì)近代營養(yǎng)衛(wèi)生科學(xué)的推介,既顯示出相當(dāng)?shù)目茖W(xué)性,又具有鮮明的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:During the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, Ding Fubao published a large number of works on nutrition and hygiene, which made important contributions to the dissemination of nutrition and health science in modern China. Ding Fubao's introduction to modern nutrition and health science not only shows quite scientific, but also has distinct practicability.
