[Abstract]:With the development of network technology, researchers can easily access knowledge and data through the Internet, but in publishing work, especially for academic journals serving professional papers, The readily available research and experimental results also make it possible that the content published in the journal may have some academic misconduct, such as plagiarism, tampering, plagiarism, fabricating data, etc., or because the author is eager to publish it. The one-manuscript multi-shot of the paper leads to the problem of one-manuscript multi-issue and so on. In addition, this paper also analyzes another serious problem faced by academic journals, which is that the publication cycle is too long, which seriously affects the timeliness of the paper. In order to find out the possible academic misconduct and guarantee the quality of the journal in time, CED Journal introduced the "academic misconduct Detection system for academic thesis" in order to find out the possible academic misconduct of the author in time and guarantee the quality of the journal. In order to get a better application effect of misconduct detection system, this paper introduces the current publishing process of CED periodicals, and the research shows that misconduct detection system should be applied in the expert review stage of the whole publishing process. Through the study of the review cycle, this paper adds the work of detection of misconduct in the review stage, and improves the current review process. The 3-month time limit for expert review can be greatly shortened by network communication technology and computer technology. The assignment of specific manuscript review can also be changed from one trial of a large number of papers by the original experts to the realization of a small number of multi-experts're-examination of manuscripts through the network and the computer. In this way, the expert review cycle can be effectively compressed. At the same time, this paper designs the corresponding automation system for the improvement of the manuscript review process, and introduces the related functions and requirements of the manuscript review module. Due to the long time between review and periodical publication, the paper can be published on the network in advance through the method of network publishing, which can reduce the probability of multiple issues and protect the copyright of manuscripts. In order to improve the quality of CED journals and the timeliness of published papers, it is necessary to compress the time spent in editing and publishing cycles. This paper studies the current editing and typesetting work of CED periodicals, introduces the standardized editing of the published contents of periodicals, and prepares to add the work links confirmed by the author to solve the problems of possible publishing errors of sci-tech periodicals. It is found that if the editing process is advanced to the revision period of the journal, it can solve a large number of communication problems with the author encountered in the current editing process, and at the same time, it can also shorten the editing cycle. After that, the typesetting work will also advance, not only can compress the publishing cycle, but also more convenient to join the network publishing work in the publishing process. This paper also studies the influence of the staff mobility of the editorial department on journal publishing, and designs the specific modules and functions of the automation platform. The automation platform can not only compress the publishing cycle, but also facilitate the work of all employees. It also reduces the possibility of new employees making mistakes, and the automation platform designed in this article can also automate some of the manual work of current CED journal staff. Give staff more time to add new jobs to the publishing process, thus improving the quality of journals. Finally, this paper discusses the possible risks of over-compressing the publishing cycle to the editorial department's actual work.
