湖南出版集團(tuán)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)出版業(yè)飛速發(fā)展。目前,我國(guó)正處于傳統(tǒng)出版與數(shù)字化出版相互結(jié)合、相互交叉、相互促進(jìn)的轉(zhuǎn)型期。在以圖書、報(bào)紙、期刊出版等為代表的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)保持一定速度的增長(zhǎng)之外,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、數(shù)字出版、手機(jī)出版等為代表的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)正在以驚人的速度發(fā)展。 2009年,我國(guó)新聞出版業(yè)全行業(yè)總產(chǎn)出為10668.9億元。2010年新聞出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的增加值占國(guó)內(nèi)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)核心層增加值的60%以上,投融資體制改革取得重大突破,45家新聞出版企業(yè)成功上市,總市值達(dá)到5700億元。湖南出版集團(tuán)旗下的中南傳媒就是成功上市的新聞出版企業(yè)之一。2010年,湖南出版集團(tuán)以上市為契機(jī),以創(chuàng)新為動(dòng)力,取得了歷史性的大豐收。 本文立足于科學(xué)理解企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念、本質(zhì)、屬性、特征等基本理論知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)結(jié)合規(guī)范分析、實(shí)證分析以及定性分析、定量分析等研究方法,融合傳播學(xué)、管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,探討出版企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)成,并以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)造出一個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)出版企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的模型,把出版企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)分為生產(chǎn)能力、管理整合能力、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷能力、企業(yè)文化和品牌凝聚力四個(gè)級(jí)指標(biāo)和十六個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)。同時(shí)通過(guò)運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、層次分析和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)等方法以及出版企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)湖南出版集團(tuán)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證評(píng)測(cè)和分析,再結(jié)合世界出版業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和湖南出版集團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,為提升湖南出版集團(tuán)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提出對(duì)策,并期望能為國(guó)內(nèi)出版行業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展提供具有可操作性的參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's publishing industry has developed rapidly. At present, our country is in the transition period of combining traditional publishing and digital publishing, intersecting each other and promoting each other. In addition to the traditional industries represented by books, newspapers, periodicals and so on, the emerging industries represented by online games, digital publishing and mobile phone publishing are developing at an astonishing speed. In 2009, the total output of the press and publishing industry in China was one trillion sixty six billion eight hundred and eighty nine million nine hundred and ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine yuan. In 2010, the added value of the press and publication industry accounted for more than 60% of the added value of the core layer of the domestic cultural industry, and major breakthroughs were made in the reform of the investment and financing system. 45 news and publishing enterprises have successfully listed, with a total market capitalization of 570 billion yuan. The Central and South Media of Hunan Publishing Group is one of the successful news and publishing enterprises. In 2010, Hunan Publishing Group took listing as an opportunity and took innovation as the driving force, and achieved a historic harvest. This paper is based on a scientific understanding of the concept, essence, attributes, characteristics and other basic theoretical knowledge of the core competence of an enterprise, through the combination of normative analysis, empirical analysis and qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and other research methods, the integration of communication, Based on the related theories of management and economics, this paper discusses the composition of the core competence of publishing enterprises, and constructs a model to evaluate the core competence of publishing enterprises, and divides the evaluation indexes of core competitiveness of publishing enterprises into productive capacity. Management integration ability, marketing ability, corporate culture and brand cohesion four levels of indicators and 16 secondary indicators. At the same time, the core competence of Hunan Publishing Group is evaluated and analyzed by means of questionnaire, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and so on, as well as the evaluation model of core competence of publishing enterprises. Combined with the development trend of the world publishing industry and the present development situation of Hunan Publishing Group, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the core competitiveness of Hunan Publishing Group, and hopes to provide operable reference suggestions for the scientific development of domestic publishing industry.
