[Abstract]:As the forerunner of the reform of Chinese cultural system, the North United Publishing Media Group is the first large state-owned publishing industry group to separate government from enterprise and be authorized to operate by state-owned assets. Its reform and development course. Has been the domestic and foreign publishing industry attention. From traditional institutions to Liaoning Publishing Group, from successful capital listing to the establishment of cross-regional publishing media "aircraft carriers," It meets many specific problems on the way of reform and development: the absence of market main body function, the prominent structural contradiction, the single operation mode and the low utilization rate of capital under the institutional system. The enterprise analyzes and summarizes the problems and takes a lot of reform measures: separating government from enterprise, improving governance structure, changing from product management to capital management, diversification of cross-border cooperation and so on. The reform course of the North United Media Group can be used as a sample of the reform of China's publishing industry. Its achievements and shortcomings are worth discussing and analyzing. From this, we can find some problems in publishing reform and their solutions. At the same time, a series of problems, such as the special attribute of publishing industry and the relationship between economic benefits and social benefits in the process of reform of publishing industry, are important contents that we should consider and explore. The successful experience in the reform and development of the North United Publishing Media Group and its enlightening significance have provided an important reference and reference for the reform of the cultural system and the publishing industry in China.
