【摘要】：2016年4月,《全民閱讀促進(jìn)條例(征求意見(jiàn)稿)》正式公開(kāi)征求意見(jiàn),征求意見(jiàn)稿第22條明確要求根據(jù)不同年齡段未成年人身心發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,推廣階梯閱讀,并在出版物顯著位置標(biāo)識(shí)適宜的年齡段。這意味著大陸出版市場(chǎng)針對(duì)未成年人的閱讀開(kāi)始實(shí)行分級(jí)制度。臺(tái)灣地區(qū)兒童出版物分級(jí)制度施行多年并取得一定成效,文章通過(guò)分析該地區(qū)相關(guān)制度以期為我國(guó)大陸地區(qū)制定完善的兒童出版物分級(jí)制度提供參考。
[Abstract]:In April 2016, the regulations on the Promotion of National Reading (draft for solicitation of opinions) officially solicited opinions, and Article 22 of the draft for consultation explicitly requires the promotion of ladder reading according to the physical and mental development of minors of different ages. The appropriate age range is identified in a prominent position in the publication. This means that the mainland publishing market for the reading of minors began to implement a classification system. The classification system of children's publications in Taiwan area has been implemented for many years and has achieved certain results. This paper analyzes the relevant systems in this area in order to provide a reference for the establishment of a perfect classification system for children's publications in mainland China.
