商務(wù)印書館電影業(yè)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國出版體制改革的進(jìn)一步深化和數(shù)字技術(shù)在出版領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,出版單位跨行業(yè)、跨地區(qū)、跨所有制、跨國界經(jīng)營已經(jīng)成為必要和可能。如鳳凰出版?zhèn)髅郊瘓F(tuán)在做大做好做強(qiáng)出版、發(fā)行業(yè)務(wù)的同時,借助國家重視文化改革發(fā)展的契機(jī),實(shí)施“倍增計劃”,拉長產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,整合優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,投身房地產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易、物流、文化Mall、全媒體平臺信息服務(wù)和文化CBD工程等,成為了全國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略投資者,實(shí)現(xiàn)了銷售收入和凈資產(chǎn)雙超“百億”的目標(biāo)。 當(dāng)然,從國內(nèi)外整體來看,不少出版單位在多元化經(jīng)營的過程中,遇到了大量的問題和困難,他們迫切需要借鑒同行在拓展業(yè)務(wù)時“逢山辟路,遇河搭橋”的成功做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。這樣的背景下,研究百年之前商務(wù)印書館的電影業(yè)也就具有特別的意義了。商務(wù)的成立是近代中國出版史和文化史的一個重要里程碑,研究它的電影業(yè)為今天出版集團(tuán)的跨媒介經(jīng)營和多元化經(jīng)營帶來的啟示不容小覷。 本文綜合研究了商務(wù)印書館電影業(yè)的創(chuàng)立發(fā)展、經(jīng)營特色和出品影片,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合多元化經(jīng)營和跨媒介經(jīng)營的相關(guān)理論和研究思路分析了商務(wù)印書館電影業(yè)和出版業(yè)之間的互動,總結(jié)了商務(wù)印書館電影業(yè)在十年間的貢獻(xiàn)與不足,最后簡要地針對當(dāng)今出版企業(yè)的跨媒介和多元化經(jīng)營行為提出了一些想法。 論文一共分為七個部分: 一、導(dǎo)論。介紹論文的選題背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、思路方法和主要創(chuàng)新之處,此外,還概述了多元化經(jīng)營和跨媒介經(jīng)營的相關(guān)理論。 二、商務(wù)印書館電影業(yè)簡史。本文將整個過程分為初創(chuàng)時期、活動影片部時期、國光影片公司時期三階段,對各個時期的演變、規(guī)模、人員、機(jī)構(gòu)等方面做了簡要的歸納、論述。 三、商務(wù)印書館電影業(yè)的經(jīng)營特色。該部分總結(jié)了商務(wù)印書館電影業(yè)在經(jīng)營方面堅持教育宗旨、資本投入大、重視與國外交流以及實(shí)行自制自銷、代攝代制的經(jīng)營模式等特色。 四、商務(wù)印書館所出影片分析。首先介紹了五大類型的商務(wù)影片概況和其中的轉(zhuǎn)變,進(jìn)而總結(jié)當(dāng)時社會對其影片的正面評價和反面評價。 五、商務(wù)印書館出版與電影的互動。具體包括出版為電影提供基礎(chǔ)、出版與電影資源整合兩個層面。 六、商務(wù)印書館電影業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)和反思。這一章探討了它對出版業(yè)、電影業(yè)以及社會三個有關(guān)方面的貢獻(xiàn),并從影壇大環(huán)境的改變、商務(wù)印書館管理層的影響和商務(wù)電影部門自身的缺陷三方面著手來進(jìn)行反思。 七、結(jié)語。簡要回顧了全文的內(nèi)容,指出了論文的不足之處,并針對當(dāng)今出版企業(yè)的跨媒介經(jīng)營行為提出了一些看法。 希望本文的研究對出版史和當(dāng)今的出版實(shí)務(wù)均能有所貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the publishing system and the wide application of digital technology in the field of publishing, it is necessary and possible for publishing units to operate across industries, regions, ownership and national boundaries. For example, while the Phoenix Publishing Media Group is growing, doing well in publishing and publishing, and at the same time making use of the opportunity of the state to attach importance to cultural reform and development, it has implemented the "multiplier plan", lengthened the industrial chain, integrated high-quality resources, and devoted itself to real estate, trade, and logistics. The cultural Mall, all-media platform information service and the cultural CBD project have become the national cultural industry strategic investor, has realized the sales income and the net assets double "tens of billions" goal. Of course, as a whole at home and abroad, many publishing institutions have encountered a large number of problems and difficulties in the process of diversification. They urgently need to learn from the successful practices and experiences of their peers in expanding their business. In this context, the study of the business press a hundred years ago the film industry has a special significance. The establishment of business is an important milestone in the history of publishing and culture in modern China. This paper synthetically studies the establishment and development of the business press film industry, the management characteristics and the production of films. On this basis, the paper analyzes the interaction between the commercial press film industry and the publishing industry, and summarizes the contributions and shortcomings of the commercial press film industry in the past ten years, combining with the relevant theories and research ideas of diversification and cross-media management. Finally, some ideas about the cross-media and diversification of publishing enterprises are put forward briefly. The paper is divided into seven parts: first, introduction. This paper introduces the background, significance, research status, methods and main innovations of the thesis. In addition, it also summarizes the related theories of diversification and cross-media management. Second, the business press film industry brief history. This paper divides the whole process into three stages: start-up period, activity film period, Guoguang film company period, and summarizes the evolution, scale, personnel and organization of each period. Third, the business press film industry management characteristics. This part summarizes the characteristics of the commercial press film industry in the management of adhere to the purpose of education, capital investment, and attach importance to foreign exchanges and the implementation of self-made self-marketing, substitute system of business model, and so on. Fourth, the commercial press produced the film analysis. This paper first introduces five major types of commercial films and their changes, and then summarizes the positive and negative evaluations of the films at that time. Fifth, business press publishing and film interaction. Specifically, publishing provides the basis for the film, publishing and film resources integration two levels. Sixth, the contribution and reflection of the business press film industry. This chapter discusses its contribution to the publishing industry, the film industry and the society, and rethinks from three aspects: the change of the film environment, the influence of the management of the commercial press and the defects of the commercial film department itself. Conclusion. This paper briefly reviews the contents of the full text, points out the shortcomings of the thesis, and puts forward some views on the cross-media management behavior of the publishing enterprises. It is hoped that the study of this paper will contribute to the history of publication and present publishing practice.
