【摘要】：在當(dāng)前的學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)展環(huán)境下,理工科院校文科學(xué)報(bào)面臨著優(yōu)質(zhì)稿源大量流失,選題策劃專業(yè)化特色不鮮明,缺乏知名學(xué)者參與辦刊,編輯力量、編輯參與學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)動(dòng)力不足等困境。學(xué)報(bào)編輯部?jī)?nèi)部應(yīng)找準(zhǔn)定位、優(yōu)化選題,向?qū)I(yè)化過(guò)渡,建設(shè)專職和兼職相結(jié)合的編輯隊(duì)伍,加強(qiáng)編輯核心能力的培養(yǎng),邀請(qǐng)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)軍人物作欄目主持人,吸引優(yōu)質(zhì)稿源,提高期刊的影響力;期刊評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)構(gòu)和科研管理部門(mén)應(yīng)采用多元化方法和指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)不同類型的學(xué)術(shù)期刊和學(xué)術(shù)成果,優(yōu)化理工科院校文科學(xué)報(bào)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In the current development environment of academic journals, liberal arts journals in science and engineering colleges are faced with a large loss of high-quality manuscripts, the specialized features of topic selection planning are not clear, and they lack the well-known scholars to participate in the publication running and editing power. Lack of motivation for editors to participate in academic activities. The editorial department of the journal should find the correct position, optimize the selection of the topic, make the transition to specialization, build a team of editors who combine full-time and part-time, strengthen the cultivation of the core competence of editors, invite academic leaders to act as the host of the column, and attract high-quality manuscripts. Enhancing the influence of periodicals; In order to optimize the external environment for the development of liberal arts journals in science and engineering colleges, various methods and indicators should be adopted to evaluate different types of academic journals and academic achievements in periodical evaluation institutions and scientific research management departments.
