【摘要】：作為學(xué)術(shù)不端行為的一種,"一稿多投"被詬病已經(jīng)。在編輯實(shí)踐中,通過知網(wǎng)學(xué)術(shù)不端文獻(xiàn)檢測系統(tǒng)的"稿件追蹤"平臺能夠及時發(fā)現(xiàn)疑似"一稿多投"稿件,利用平臺提供的4個追蹤參數(shù),結(jié)合與作者、送檢單位溝通的方式,可以確定是否存在"一稿多投"行為。統(tǒng)計分析86篇疑似"一稿多投"稿件的追蹤參數(shù),總結(jié)多次送檢稿件的檢測規(guī)律,嘗試提出"一稿多投"行為的辨析策略,并就在稿件追蹤、"一稿多投"辨析過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題給出建議,以期能夠利用"稿件追蹤"平臺為編輯出版單位防范、辨析"一稿多投"提供一種切實(shí)可行的方法。
[Abstract]:As a form of academic misconduct, "one draft more than the cast" has been criticized. In the editing practice, through the "manuscript tracking" platform of the "manuscript tracking" system of the academic misconduct inspection system, the suspected "multiple manuscripts" can be found in time, and the four tracking parameters provided by the platform are used to combine with the way of communication with the authors and the inspection units. It can be determined whether there is a "one draft multiple" behavior. Statistical analysis is made on the tracking parameters of 86 articles suspected of "one draft and more contributions", and the detection rules of multiple submissions are summarized, and the discriminating and analyzing strategy of "one draft with more input" is put forward, and the tracing of manuscripts is done. Some suggestions are put forward in the process of discriminating and analyzing "one draft with multiple inputs", in order to provide a feasible method for editors and publishing units to guard against and analyze "one draft with more input" by using the "manuscript tracking" platform.
