【摘要】：中國出版業(yè)既對提高公民的文化、教育水平具有重要作用,也是國家意識形態(tài)工作的重要陣地,因而,我國政府一直對出版業(yè)給予直接規(guī)制。但我國政府對出版業(yè)的規(guī)制政策和法律并不完善,電子書出版領(lǐng)域甚至出現(xiàn)缺乏監(jiān)管狀態(tài)。研究以產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論為基礎(chǔ),從價格、電子書號、格式標準和版權(quán)保護四個方面分析我國電子書出版產(chǎn)業(yè)諸多企業(yè)的市場行為以及政府對其的規(guī)制。
[Abstract]:China's publishing industry not only plays an important role in raising the cultural and educational level of the citizens, but also plays an important role in the ideological work of the country. Therefore, our government has been directly regulating the publishing industry. However, the government's regulatory policies and laws on the publishing industry are not perfect, and the field of e-book publishing is even lack of supervision. Based on the theory of industrial organization, this paper analyzes the market behavior of many enterprises in e-book publishing industry and the government regulation from four aspects: price, e-book number, format standard and copyright protection.
