【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)出版和新興出版融合發(fā)展的不斷深化,對出版企業(yè)的組織管理和業(yè)務流程產(chǎn)生了革命性的影響,提出了更高的要求。在這種背景下,出版企業(yè)需要對既有的組織進行解構,對已有的業(yè)務流程重新進行梳理,文章分析中小出版社的經(jīng)營模式,揭示其組織結構與業(yè)務流程的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,提出針對中小出版社的組織重構與流程再造的構想設計,以期為出版企業(yè)實施組織重構與業(yè)務流程再造提供一些建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the combination of traditional publishing and new publishing, the organizational management and business process of publishing enterprises have a revolutionary impact, and put forward higher requirements. Under this background, publishing enterprises need to deconstruct the existing organizations, rearrange the existing business processes, analyze the management model of small and medium-sized publishing houses, and reveal the present situation and existing problems of their organizational structure and business processes. This paper puts forward the conceptual design of organizational reengineering and process reengineering for small and medium-sized publishing houses in order to provide some suggestions for publishing enterprises to implement organizational reengineering and business process reengineering.
