【摘要】：正在如今鼓勵創(chuàng)新的時代,我們不斷修訂法律法規(guī)保護著作權人的私有權利,對私有"財產(chǎn)"抱有積極的開發(fā)意識,公有領域資源的商業(yè)開發(fā)反倒成了冷門。公版書之于出版界就是這樣一塊尚可開墾的礦藏,大量經(jīng)典的書籍被埋沒在層出不窮的新書中等待編輯拾遺。
[Abstract]:In the age of encouraging innovation, we constantly revise laws and regulations to protect the private rights of copyright owners and have a positive awareness of private "property". The commercial development of resources in the public domain has become a negative trend. Public edition books are such a reclaimed mineral deposit in the publishing world that a large number of classic books are buried in an endless stream of new books waiting to be collected by editors.
