【摘要】：工匠精神是一種理念,也是一種思維方式、一種作業(yè)習(xí)慣、一種生命態(tài)度、一種能夠成為普遍追求的價(jià)值觀與工作觀。編輯工匠精神是工匠精神在編輯出版工作中的具體體現(xiàn),它是一種認(rèn)真鉆研的敬業(yè)精神,是一種對(duì)出版事業(yè)敬畏、對(duì)編輯工作執(zhí)著、對(duì)出版產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé)和不斷追求出版物完美的精神,其最終目標(biāo)是為社會(huì)創(chuàng)造出更多高質(zhì)量、高價(jià)值、接地氣、受歡迎的出版物,讓人們的物質(zhì)生活更具精神美感,讓人們的精神生活具有更多高尚的理由。
