數(shù)字出版企業(yè)的知識(shí)服務(wù)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于出版業(yè)而言,已經(jīng)同時(shí)進(jìn)入了兩個(gè)具有革命性意義的時(shí)代,一是數(shù)字時(shí)代,一是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代。作為從來就與技術(shù)進(jìn)步密不可分的出版業(yè),數(shù)字時(shí)代的到來,使傳統(tǒng)的出版方式迅速且劇烈地向數(shù)字出版方式邁進(jìn),數(shù)字出版作為出版業(yè)發(fā)展的潮流與未來的方向,越來越顯現(xiàn)出旺盛的生命力與強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,引起了業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注。與此同時(shí),知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來引發(fā)了信息與知識(shí)大爆炸,面對(duì)著龐雜無序的信息與知識(shí),人們以往那種希望準(zhǔn)確獲取、利用信息資源的需求,已經(jīng)悄然轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾枰环N個(gè)性化、專業(yè)化、定制化的產(chǎn)品或者服務(wù),由此又衍生出了一種新的服務(wù)方式——知識(shí)服務(wù)。本質(zhì)而言,出版即是一種信息服務(wù),它是作者與讀者之間的一種信息傳遞與交流。當(dāng)人們逐漸不再滿足于簡單地獲取某本圖書、某張光盤等,而是希望出版企業(yè)能夠?yàn)槠淞可泶蛟觳⑻峁┠撤N信息產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的時(shí)候,作為具備著豐富的知識(shí)資源以及技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)的數(shù)字出版企業(yè),能否實(shí)現(xiàn)在觀念到模式上的突破?這在一定程度上決定了數(shù)字出版的未來能走多遠(yuǎn)。 本文即立足于微觀的數(shù)字出版企業(yè)層面,來探討數(shù)字出版企業(yè)與知識(shí)服務(wù)之間的交集。全文分為六章: 第一章介紹選題的背景及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與方法、主要內(nèi)容與邏輯框架及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),為整篇論文的論述奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第二章研究介紹數(shù)字出版與知識(shí)服務(wù)相關(guān)理論,首先介紹數(shù)字出版企業(yè)的相關(guān)理論,包括數(shù)字出版的定義、特征、產(chǎn)業(yè)概況以及數(shù)字出版企業(yè)的分類。然后介紹知識(shí)服務(wù)相關(guān)理論,包括知識(shí)服務(wù)的定義、特征與流程,并分析了數(shù)字出版企業(yè)知識(shí)服務(wù)的意義和優(yōu)勢(shì)。 第三章分析當(dāng)前我國數(shù)字出版企業(yè)知識(shí)服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,指出了目前數(shù)字出版企業(yè)提供知識(shí)服務(wù)時(shí)所存在的問題。 第四章分析了完善數(shù)字出版企業(yè)知識(shí)服務(wù)的途徑,對(duì)不同類型的數(shù)字出版企業(yè),就如何完善知識(shí)服務(wù)提出了具體建議。 第五章分析中國知網(wǎng)的知識(shí)服務(wù),便于數(shù)字出版企業(yè)借鑒。 第六章對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出下一步研究工作的一些建議。
[Abstract]:For the publishing industry, it has entered two revolutionary times at the same time, one is the digital age, the other is the era of knowledge economy. As the publishing industry, which has never been inseparable from the technological progress, the arrival of the digital age has made the traditional publishing mode move rapidly and violently to the digital publishing mode. As the trend and future direction of the development of the publishing industry, the digital publishing has become the trend of the development of the publishing industry. More and more show exuberant vitality and strong development momentum, has aroused the industry and academic attention. At the same time, the arrival of the era of knowledge economy has triggered the explosion of information and knowledge. In the face of the complex and disordered information and knowledge, people used to want to acquire and utilize information resources accurately. It has quietly changed into a kind of individualized, specialized and customized product or service, which has derived a new service way-knowledge service. In essence, publishing is a kind of information service, which is a kind of information transmission and communication between the author and the reader. When people are no longer satisfied with simply acquiring a book, a CD, etc., they want publishing companies to tailor themselves and provide some kind of information product or service. As a digital publishing enterprise with abundant knowledge resources and technological advantages, can we achieve a breakthrough in concept to mode? This partly determines how far the future of digital publishing can go. This paper discusses the intersection between digital publishing enterprises and knowledge services based on the micro level of digital publishing enterprises. The full text is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic, research status, research ideas and methods, the main content and logical framework and innovation points, laying a foundation for the whole paper. The second chapter introduces the theory of digital publishing and knowledge service. Firstly, it introduces the related theories of digital publishing enterprises, including the definition, characteristics, industry overview and classification of digital publishing enterprises. Then it introduces the related theories of knowledge service, including the definition, characteristics and process of knowledge service, and analyzes the significance and advantage of knowledge service in digital publishing enterprise. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of knowledge service in digital publishing enterprises in China, and points out the problems existing in the knowledge service provided by digital publishing enterprises. The fourth chapter analyzes the ways to perfect the knowledge service of digital publishing enterprises, and puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to perfect the knowledge service for different types of digital publishing enterprises. The fifth chapter analyzes the knowledge service of China knowledge Network, which is convenient for digital publishing enterprises to use for reference. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and puts forward some suggestions for the next research work.
