實體書店商業(yè)模式研究——基于商業(yè)模式畫布模型的分析

【摘要】:近年來,實體書店在生存和發(fā)展的實踐中越來越重視構(gòu)建適合的商業(yè)模式,但是也出現(xiàn)了一些問題,如,脫離圖書主業(yè),缺乏閱讀與文化核心;簡單復(fù)制"書店+"模式,多元業(yè)態(tài)簡單疊加;書店經(jīng)營思維局限,簡單重視裝修布置。為解決這些問題,實體書店在確定其商業(yè)模式時可以根據(jù)奧斯特瓦德和皮尼厄提出的商業(yè)模式畫布中的9個構(gòu)造塊來梳理。這9個構(gòu)造塊分別是:顧客細分、價值主張、渠道通路、顧客關(guān)系、收入來源、核心資源、關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)、重要合作和成本結(jié)構(gòu)。實體書店在設(shè)計商業(yè)模式時可以從這9個構(gòu)造塊展開,形成自己的特色和優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, physical bookstores pay more and more attention to constructing suitable business model in the practice of survival and development, but there are also some problems, such as getting away from the main business of books, lacking the core of reading and culture; Simple copy of the "bookstore" mode, simple superposition of multiple formats, bookshop business thinking limitations, simple attention to decoration arrangements. In order to solve these problems, the entity bookstore can sort out its business model according to the 9 blocks in the canvas of the business model proposed by Osterwald and Pini'er. The nine building blocks are: customer segmentation, value proposition, channel access, customer relationship, revenue source, core resources, key business, important cooperation and cost structure. When designing the business model, the entity bookstore can develop from these 9 building blocks to form its own characteristics and advantages.
