基于戰(zhàn)略匹配的中小企業(yè)電子商務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑研究——以X書(shū)業(yè)有限公司為例

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程實(shí)質(zhì)也是IT-業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略匹配的過(guò)程。因此,制度、戰(zhàn)略不夠健全的中小企業(yè)如何處理好IT和企業(yè)其他要素的交互作用,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)IT與業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略匹配,進(jìn)而找出適合企業(yè)自身情況的電子商務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑,是當(dāng)前中小企業(yè)提高其核心竟?fàn)幜Φ年P(guān)鍵。本文采用案例分析方法,在討論和分析X書(shū)業(yè)有限會(huì)司電子商務(wù)發(fā)展歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,利用IT-業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略匹配理論探究了X書(shū)業(yè)電子商務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑選擇,并總結(jié)出中小企業(yè)應(yīng)如何成功實(shí)現(xiàn)電子商務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。驗(yàn)證了IT-業(yè)務(wù)匹配理論在中小企業(yè)電子商務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型中的適用性,并擴(kuò)展戰(zhàn)略匹配模型的應(yīng)用范圍,為當(dāng)前中小企業(yè)找出了適合自身發(fā)展的電子商務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑,期望對(duì)正處于困境中的中小企業(yè)有所幫助。
[Abstract]:The process of e-commerce transformation is also the process of IT- business strategy matching. Therefore, how to deal with the interaction between IT and other elements of the enterprise, how to realize the strategic matching between IT and business successfully, and then find out the transition path of e-commerce that is suitable for the enterprise's own situation? Is the current small and medium-sized enterprise enhances its core competitive power the key. On the basis of discussing and analyzing the development course of E-commerce in X Book Industry Co., Ltd., this paper uses the method of case analysis to explore the choice of transition path of E-commerce in X Book Industry by using IT- business strategy matching theory. And summarizes the small and medium-sized enterprises should realize the e-commerce transformation successfully. This paper verifies the applicability of IT- business matching theory in the E-commerce transformation of SMEs, and extends the application range of the strategic matching model to find out the suitable e-commerce transition path for the current SMEs. Hope to be in a difficult situation of small and medium-sized enterprises to help.

[Abstract]:The process of e-commerce transformation is also the process of IT- business strategy matching.
