【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)期刊的發(fā)展目前遭遇了國際化、數(shù)字化、辦刊理念、辦刊結(jié)構(gòu)等諸多瓶頸,其關(guān)鍵還在于期刊自身怎樣認(rèn)識和有效打破的問題�！缎陆畮煼洞髮W(xué)學(xué)報》(哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)版)在一個較短的周期內(nèi)聲譽(yù)鵲起,捷報頻傳,成就了西部期刊的辦刊傳奇和催生出"新疆師范大學(xué)學(xué)報現(xiàn)象"。產(chǎn)生這一現(xiàn)象當(dāng)然與新疆師范大學(xué)學(xué)報人艱辛的探索、創(chuàng)新、拼搏分不開,但方向比行動更為重要。新疆師范大學(xué)學(xué)報一個突出的亮點(diǎn)則是秉持和踐履了"全球視野、前沿聚焦、問題探究、絲路情懷"的理念,摒棄了辦刊結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容上的"學(xué)科拼盤式"、辦刊思想取向和行為上的"等米下鍋"兩大傾向和路徑依賴,真正意義上實(shí)現(xiàn)了問題綜合和"精米不請自來"的根本轉(zhuǎn)變,走向了專題策劃和聚焦傳播的通途。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of academic journals has encountered many bottlenecks, such as internationalization, digitization, the idea of running journals, the structure of running periodicals, and so on. The key lies in how the journal itself can be recognized and effectively broken. The Journal of Xinjiang normal University (philosophy and Social Science Edition) has gained popularity in a relatively short period of time. The success of the western journals and the emergence of the "Journal of Xinjiang normal University phenomenon." Of course, this phenomenon can not be separated from the hard exploration, innovation and hard work of the Journal of Xinjiang normal University, but the direction is more important than the action. A prominent highlight of the Journal of Xinjiang normal University is its adherence to and practice of the concept of "Global Vision, Frontier focus, problem Exploration, Silk Road feelings". By abandoning the "Disk-Disc pattern of discipline" in the structure and content of running a journal, the two major tendencies and path dependence of ideological orientation and behavior of running a journal, the problem synthesis and the fundamental transformation of "milled rice uninvited" have been realized in a real sense. Toward the theme of planning and focus on the road of communication.
