【摘要】：數(shù)字出版物法定呈繳制度是推動國家信息資源長期保存的政策設(shè)計,是高效實現(xiàn)數(shù)字信息資源長期保存的關(guān)鍵步驟,有利于延長信息生命周期,為國家信息管理創(chuàng)造條件,降低信息長期保存的實施成本。同時數(shù)字出版物法定呈繳制度保障了公眾的信息獲取權(quán)利,是后代人利益觀的體現(xiàn),在實施過程中需要關(guān)注利益相關(guān)人的權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:The legal submission system of digital publications is a policy design to promote the long-term preservation of national information resources, is a key step to effectively realize the long-term preservation of digital information resources, and is conducive to prolonging the information life cycle and creating conditions for national information management. Reduce the cost of long-term preservation of information. At the same time, the system of legal submission of digital publications ensures the public's right to obtain information, which is the embodiment of the interests of future generations, and needs to pay attention to the rights and interests of stakeholders in the process of implementation.
