【摘要】：在出版國(guó)際化背景下,國(guó)內(nèi)出版機(jī)構(gòu)面臨主體地位缺失、創(chuàng)新能力不足、出版活性欠佳等困境。究其原因主要有:政府政策主導(dǎo),導(dǎo)致出版市場(chǎng)主體退縮;觀念、機(jī)制約束,創(chuàng)新能力受阻;審批、評(píng)價(jià)限制,出版活力受限等。走出困境應(yīng)從以下三方面努力:政府合理干預(yù),激發(fā)主體活力;企業(yè)傳承民族文化,促進(jìn)國(guó)際出版;簡(jiǎn)化審批與改革評(píng)價(jià),引來(lái)"源頭活水"。
[Abstract]:Under the background of publishing internationalization, domestic publishing institutions are facing difficulties such as lack of main body status, insufficient innovation ability and poor publishing activity. The main reasons are: government policy leading to the main body of the publishing market retreat; ideas, mechanism constraints, the ability of innovation is blocked; approval, evaluation restrictions, publishing vitality is limited, and so on. To get out of the predicament, we should make efforts in the following three aspects: government intervention reasonably to stimulate the vitality of the main body; enterprises to inherit national culture and promote international publishing; to simplify examination and approval and reform and evaluation, and to attract "the source of fresh water".
