【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)體育類核心期刊的英文編輯加工質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀堪憂,成為阻礙我國(guó)體育類核心期刊國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的主要因素之一。本研究結(jié)合科技英語(yǔ)的特點(diǎn)以及體育科技期刊英文編輯加工的規(guī)律與相關(guān)規(guī)范,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、內(nèi)容分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)我國(guó)9家體育類核心期刊(月刊和雙月刊)2010年上半年出版的3期(月刊選取01、03、05期)英文部分的編輯加工情況進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析。研究結(jié)果如下: 我國(guó)體育類核心期刊在英文部分編排標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、中英文統(tǒng)一性、英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言準(zhǔn)確、簡(jiǎn)潔、適宜度等方面存在著一系列的問(wèn)題 1)英文期刊名中的高校名稱及“體育”一詞翻譯混亂,同時(shí)個(gè)別期刊的英文刊名翻譯欠佳。 2)版權(quán)頁(yè)上刊名、刊期、創(chuàng)刊年、卷期(總期)以及出版年月、主管單位和主辦單位、主編、執(zhí)行主編及副主編、編輯出版、發(fā)行印刷的英文信息存在格式不統(tǒng)一、標(biāo)注不完整、翻譯不妥當(dāng)、前后不一致、中英文不對(duì)應(yīng)等問(wèn)題。 3)英文目次頁(yè)的欄目名稱、文章題名、作者姓名存在語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤、專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯不準(zhǔn)確、中英文不一致、標(biāo)題冗長(zhǎng)繁瑣以及作者姓名拼寫欠規(guī)范等問(wèn)題。 4)作者英文通訊地址不詳細(xì),作者各級(jí)單位名稱翻譯及著錄格式不規(guī)范。 5)英文摘要在語(yǔ)法運(yùn)用、詞語(yǔ)搭配、中英文對(duì)應(yīng)、單詞拼寫、單詞大小寫、標(biāo)點(diǎn)使用等方面存在著一系列的問(wèn)題。 6)中英文關(guān)鍵詞不統(tǒng)一;英文關(guān)鍵詞出現(xiàn)語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤;專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯不恰當(dāng);著錄格式混亂。 7)中英文圖表題名不一致;圖表題名英譯的語(yǔ)法問(wèn)題;圖表題名不夠簡(jiǎn)潔。 8)英文參考中英文人名標(biāo)注不規(guī)范;不同類型的參考文獻(xiàn)在題名、版本、出版項(xiàng)等方面著錄不符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 我國(guó)體育體育類核心期刊英文編輯加工問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因:1)國(guó)家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不完善,修訂不及時(shí),學(xué)科內(nèi)部規(guī)范缺失。2)編輯部國(guó)際交流不足,對(duì)英文編輯加工重視不夠。3)評(píng)審專家在審稿時(shí)忽略了對(duì)英文部分的審查。4)作者對(duì)要求附帶的英文部分不夠重視。5)英文編輯專業(yè)素質(zhì)參差不齊,責(zé)任心不強(qiáng)。6)中文部分編輯加工質(zhì)量不高,中英文編輯溝通不足。 我國(guó)體育體育類核心期刊英文編輯加工質(zhì)量控制策略:1)盡快完善更新國(guó)家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定學(xué)科內(nèi)部相應(yīng)規(guī)范。2)對(duì)期刊進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)化改革,使其參與國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。3)明確評(píng)審專家和作者在英文部分編輯加工中的責(zé)任。4)英文編輯應(yīng)不斷提升專業(yè)素質(zhì),強(qiáng)化責(zé)任意識(shí)。5)提高中文編輯加工的質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)中英文編輯的交流溝通。
[Abstract]:At present, the quality of English editing and processing of core sports periodicals in China is worrying, which has become one of the main factors hindering the internationalization of core sports periodicals in China. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the editing and processing of the English part of nine core sports periodicals (monthly and bimonthly) published in the first half of 2010.
There are a series of problems in the compilation standardization, the unity of Chinese and English, the accuracy, simplicity and suitability of the English language of the core sports periodicals in China.
1) The translation of University names and the word "sports" in English periodical titles is confused, and the translation of English periodical titles in some periodicals is not good.
2) There are some problems on the copyright page, such as inconsistent format, incomplete marking, improper translation, inconsistent translation, inconsistency between Chinese and English.
3) There are grammatical errors, inaccurate translation of technical terms, inconsistency between Chinese and English, tedious and tedious titles, and lack of standardized spelling of author's name in the second page of English catalogue.
4) the author's address in English is not detailed, and the translation and description format of the names of units at all levels is not standardized.
5) There are a series of problems in the use of English abstracts in grammar, collocation, correspondence between Chinese and English, spelling, case and punctuation.
6) Chinese and English keywords are not uniform; English keywords have grammatical errors; professional terms translation is inappropriate; the description format is confused.
7) the Chinese and English charts and titles are not consistent; the grammatical problems in translating the charts and titles are not concise.
8) The names of Chinese and English people in English references are not standardized; the titles, editions and publications of different types of references do not meet the national standards.
The reasons for the problems in editing and processing of core sports periodicals in China are as follows: 1) The relevant national standards are imperfect, the revision is not timely, and the internal discipline norms are missing. 5) The professional quality of English editors is uneven, and the sense of responsibility is not strong. 6) The quality of Chinese editors is not high, and the communication between Chinese and English editors is insufficient.
Quality control strategies for English editing and processing of core sports periodicals in China: 1) Updating the relevant national standards as soon as possible and formulating the corresponding standards within the disciplines. 2) Reforming the industrialization of periodicals to enable them to participate in the domestic and foreign market competition. Improve professional quality and strengthen responsibility consciousness. 5) Improve the quality of Chinese editing and processing, and strengthen communication between Chinese and English editors.
