【摘要】：初審作為決定稿件的去留的第一道關(guān)卡,也是期刊質(zhì)量把關(guān)的首要環(huán)節(jié)。初審在科技期刊編輯工作中占有重要的地位,科技期刊編輯需要以公平、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)和專業(yè)的態(tài)度來對待每一篇稿件的初審工作�？萍计诳庉嬍紫刃枰疾旄寮芯糠较蚴欠穹掀诳瘓蟮婪秶�、稿件寫作水平是否達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn),核實是否存在學(xué)術(shù)不端行為,再進(jìn)一步評判研究是否具有創(chuàng)新性以及學(xué)術(shù)價值如何等,進(jìn)而及時淘汰達(dá)不到期刊發(fā)表標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的稿件,篩選出相對優(yōu)秀的稿件進(jìn)入后續(xù)的審稿流程。《水生生物學(xué)報》的初審工作分為由青年學(xué)術(shù)編輯負(fù)責(zé)的編輯部初審以及由主編和副主編負(fù)責(zé)的主編初審兩部分。通過兩輪初審的層層把關(guān),可以最大限度保證進(jìn)入外審階段的稿件的質(zhì)量,減輕編輯部和外審專家對后期稿件處理的工作量,降低外審?fù)烁迓?從而提高期刊整體質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:As the first level to decide whether the manuscripts should stay or not, the first examination is also the primary link of periodical quality control. The first review plays an important role in the editing of sci-tech periodicals. The editors of sci-tech periodicals need to treat each manuscript in a fair, rigorous and professional manner. Editors of sci-tech journals should first investigate whether the research direction of manuscripts conforms to the scope of periodical reports, whether the writing level of manuscripts is up to the standard, and whether there is any academic misconduct. To further judge whether the research is innovative and of academic value, and to eliminate in time manuscripts that do not meet the standard of publication of periodicals. The first review of the Journal of Aquatic Biology was divided into two parts: the editorial department responsible by the young academic editor and the editor in chief and the deputy chief editor. The quality of manuscripts in the stage of external review can be guaranteed to the maximum extent through the layer by layer check of two rounds of first instance, the workload of the editorial department and the experts of external review on the handling of late manuscripts can be reduced, the rejection rate of external review can be reduced, and the overall quality of periodicals can be improved.
