【摘要】：從上個(gè)世紀(jì)九十年代起開始出版的《中國農(nóng)村文庫》叢書經(jīng)歷了五個(gè)批次、二十多年的出版歷程,是中國以“三農(nóng)”為題材的較早一批具有相當(dāng)大影響力的叢書。該書由時(shí)任中宣部常務(wù)副部長徐惟誠主編,四川省二十家出版社聯(lián)合出版,被列為國家“八五”重點(diǎn)圖書出版規(guī)劃,獲第二屆國家圖書獎(jiǎng)提名獎(jiǎng)和四川省委宣傳部“五個(gè)一”工程獎(jiǎng),“四川省50年(1958-2008年)10部公眾喜愛的科普作品”等榮譽(yù)稱號。在這套書的基礎(chǔ)上,成立了天地出版社,并發(fā)起了“萬村書庫”工程。論文是當(dāng)代出版史的個(gè)案研究,從系統(tǒng)論及選題策劃學(xué)視角出發(fā),運(yùn)用深度訪談法、文獻(xiàn)研究法和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法,重點(diǎn)研究《中國農(nóng)村文庫》的選題策劃系統(tǒng),總結(jié)《中國農(nóng)村文庫》取得重大影響的原因,即政府支持、編輯方針的引領(lǐng)、選題策劃定位準(zhǔn)確,分析其出版過程中暴露出的諸如圖書編校質(zhì)量待提高、選題策劃市場化程度低等問題,由此總結(jié)《中國農(nóng)村文庫》對今后“三農(nóng)”圖書出版的重要啟示：一是要實(shí)施圖書精品化戰(zhàn)略；二要策劃“三農(nóng)”題材的全媒體圖書；三要優(yōu)化選題結(jié)構(gòu),增加精神文化類圖書的比重；四要提高圖書的編校質(zhì)量；五要在形式策劃上提高圖書的審美性；六要實(shí)施政府采購與市場挖掘并舉的發(fā)行方式。本研究肯定了《中國農(nóng)村文庫》出版工作者的辛勤付出,彌補(bǔ)了當(dāng)代出版史個(gè)案研究的空白,為今后的大型“三農(nóng)”題材叢書提供借鑒意義,具有重要的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The series of "China Rural Library", which began to be published in the 1990s, has experienced five batches and more than 20 years of publication. It is an earlier series of books with the theme of "three Countryside" as the subject matter in China. The book, which was edited by Xu Weicheng, executive deputy director of the propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee at that time, and jointly published by 20 publishing houses in Sichuan Province, was listed as a key book publishing plan in the eighth Five-Year Plan. He won the second National Book Award nomination Award, the "five one" Engineering Award of the propaganda Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, and the "10 popular Science works of Sichuan Province for 50 years (1958-2008)" and other honorary titles. On the basis of this set of books, Tiandi Publishing House was established, and the project of Wancun Bookstore was initiated. This paper is a case study of contemporary publishing history. From the perspective of system theory and subject selection planning, this paper focuses on the study of the subject selection planning system of "China Rural Library" by using the method of in-depth interview, literature research and statistical analysis. This paper summarizes the reasons for the great influence of "China Rural Library", that is, the support of the government, the guidance of the editorial policy, the accurate orientation of the selected topic planning, and the analysis of the problems exposed in the publishing process, such as the improvement of the quality of the editing and correction of the books. This paper sums up the important enlightenment of "Rural Library of China" to the publication of "three rural" books in the future: one is to implement the strategy of making books high-quality, the other is to plan all media books on the subject of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". Third, we should optimize the structure of selected topics, increase the proportion of spiritual and cultural books; fourth, improve the quality of book editing; fifthly, improve the aesthetic quality of books in formal planning; sixth, implement the distribution mode of government procurement and market excavation. This study affirms the painstaking efforts of the publishers of "China Rural Library", makes up for the blank in the case study of contemporary publishing history, and provides reference significance for the future series of books on the subject of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", which has an important practical guiding role.
