【摘要】：【目的】全面梳理科技期刊編輯繼續(xù)教育工作的現(xiàn)狀,解決繼續(xù)教育中存在的問(wèn)題,提高科技期刊編輯的素質(zhì)�！痉椒ā糠治隹萍计诳庉嬂^續(xù)教育的現(xiàn)狀,闡述科技期刊編輯繼續(xù)教育的內(nèi)涵、目標(biāo)與必要性、原則和形式,從受教者和施教者兩方面分析了科技期刊編輯參加繼續(xù)教育遇到的問(wèn)題�！窘Y(jié)果】受教者要從思想認(rèn)識(shí)、時(shí)間安排、資金來(lái)源等方面提高認(rèn)識(shí),克服困難參加繼續(xù)教育;施教者應(yīng)當(dāng)建立合理的繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)制度,健全繼續(xù)教育評(píng)價(jià)體系,開展靈活多樣的教育模式,營(yíng)造濃厚的繼續(xù)教育氣氛�！窘Y(jié)論】科技期刊編輯的繼續(xù)教育工作對(duì)編輯整體素質(zhì)的提高有極大的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the current situation of continuing education for editors of sci-tech periodicals, to solve the problems existing in continuing education, and to improve the quality of editors of sci-tech periodicals. [methods] the present situation of continuing education for editors of sci-tech periodicals is analyzed. This paper expounds the connotation, goal and necessity, principles and forms of continuing education for editors of sci-tech periodicals, analyzes the problems encountered by editors of sci-tech periodicals in participating in continuing education from two aspects: the educator and the educator. [results] the educatee should understand from the ideological point of view. The teachers should establish a reasonable system of continuing education and training, perfect the evaluation system of continuing education, and carry out flexible and diverse educational models. [conclusion] the continuing education of editors of sci-tech periodicals can greatly promote the improvement of the overall quality of editors.
