【摘要】：近期,施普林格的大規(guī)模撤稿事件再次在學(xué)界引起廣泛關(guān)注和討論。本文探討撤稿事件中涉及的出版?zhèn)惱韱?wèn)題和學(xué)術(shù)期刊在對(duì)其進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制中的責(zé)任和應(yīng)對(duì)措施,并進(jìn)一步分析事件中的各方責(zé)任,總結(jié)出學(xué)術(shù)期刊從中可以吸取的教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Recently, Springer's large-scale withdrawal of manuscripts once again aroused widespread concern and discussion in academic circles. This paper discusses the ethical issues of publishing in the event of withdrawal of manuscripts and the responsibilities and countermeasures of academic journals in quality control, and further analyzes the responsibilities of all parties involved in the events, and summarizes the lessons learned by academic journals.
