【摘要】：合理注意義務(wù)是著作權(quán)法要求出版者必須承擔(dān)的核心義務(wù),是較為抽象的法律術(shù)語。文章結(jié)合出版社工作實(shí)務(wù),擬通過闡述出版者在合理注意出版行為的授權(quán)、稿件來源和署名、所編輯出版物的內(nèi)容方面可以采取的有效措施,將抽象的術(shù)語轉(zhuǎn)化為從業(yè)者的具體行動,以幫助出版者規(guī)避出版實(shí)踐中的法律風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Reasonable duty of care is the core obligation required by copyright law and is a more abstract legal term. Combined with the working practice of the publishing house, the article intends to elaborate the effective measures that the publisher can take in the aspects of reasonably paying attention to the authorization of publishing behavior, the source and signature of manuscripts, and the contents of the edited publications. Translate abstract terms into concrete actions by practitioners to help publishers avoid legal risks in publishing practice.
