【摘要】：摘要內(nèi)容：民國二年，袁世凱倒行逆施，解散國會，破壞共和，谷鐘秀、楊永泰等國民黨員被迫離開國會，轉(zhuǎn)而通過創(chuàng)辦《正誼》雜志，發(fā)表輿論，批判袁世凱的專制行徑。他們以“正誼”呼吁道德救亡，又更多的闡述了社會優(yōu)異分子與社會，國民與社會，政府與國民，，社會與政治之間等相輔相成的關(guān)系，主張建立民主法治的國家政治制度和地方分權(quán)自治的聯(lián)邦體制，體現(xiàn)了國民黨內(nèi)自由主義資產(chǎn)階級派的思想。國民黨在“二次革命”后，大部分逃亡海外，形成以孫中山為首的中華革命黨和以黃興為精神領(lǐng)袖的歐事研究會兩派。《正誼》雜志是歐事研究會在中國內(nèi)地上唯一的輿論據(jù)點，有力的推動了國內(nèi)的民主革命發(fā)展，打破了袁氏專制陰謀。隨著護國運動爆發(fā)，《中華新報》的創(chuàng)辦結(jié)束了它的使命，但延續(xù)了它的民主思想。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in 2002, Yuan Shikai went against the law, dissolving the Congress, destroying the Republic, Gu Zhongxiu, Yang Yongtai and other Nationalist Party members were forced to leave the Congress, and instead published public opinion and criticized Yuan Shikai's despotic behavior through the establishment of Zhengyi magazine. They called for moral salvation by "Zhengyi", and elaborated more on the complementary relations between the outstanding elements of society and society, between the people and society, between the government and the people, and between society and politics. The state political system of democracy and rule of law and the federal system of local decentralization and autonomy embody the thought of liberal bourgeoisie in the Kuomintang. After the "second Revolution," most of the Kuomintang fled overseas, forming two factions, the Chinese Revolutionary Party headed by Sun Zhongshan and the European Affairs Research Association with Huang Xing as its spiritual leader. Zhengyi magazine is the only public opinion stronghold of the European Affairs Research Association in the mainland of China. Has promoted the domestic democratic revolution development powerfully, broke Yuan's autocratic plot. With the outbreak of the movement to protect the country, the founding of the newspaper ended its mission, but continued its democratic thinking.
