【摘要】：利用VBA編程語(yǔ)言,針對(duì)科技期刊文章的特點(diǎn),對(duì)Word文檔實(shí)現(xiàn)了XML結(jié)構(gòu)化標(biāo)記,在全文標(biāo)記的基礎(chǔ)上,還對(duì)文檔內(nèi)在邏輯的連續(xù)性和一致性進(jìn)行了自動(dòng)校對(duì)。與傳統(tǒng)出版模式相比,工作效率提高,編校錯(cuò)誤減少。此方法已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于《中國(guó)科學(xué)》系列期刊,取得了良好效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the VBA programming language, this paper implements the XML structured markup for Word documents according to the characteristics of scientific and technological journal articles, and automatically proofread the continuity and consistency of the internal logic of the documents on the basis of the full text markup. Compared with the traditional publishing mode, the work efficiency is improved and the error of editing and correction is reduced. This method has been applied to the series of periodicals of Chinese Science and achieved good results.
