中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:信息化是當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì),也是中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。大力推進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)信息化,是覆蓋現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)全局的戰(zhàn)略舉措并已被確立為中國(guó)重要的國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)肩負(fù)著宣傳馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論和“三個(gè)代表”重要思想,弘揚(yáng)先進(jìn)文化的偉大歷史使命。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和社會(huì)信息化的今天,中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)不但面臨市場(chǎng)需求多樣化和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主體多元化的考驗(yàn),而且還要面對(duì)數(shù)字出版、電子商務(wù)帶來(lái)的巨大沖擊,信息化已成為推進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展,提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必然選擇。信息技術(shù)已開始運(yùn)用于圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)流程再造、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,開始從戰(zhàn)術(shù)層次應(yīng)用向戰(zhàn)略層次應(yīng)用、從局部應(yīng)用向全局和全面應(yīng)用發(fā)展。未來(lái)十年是中國(guó)圖書發(fā)行業(yè)面臨大調(diào)整、大變革的十年,這種調(diào)整和變革的根本原因是信息技術(shù)在圖書發(fā)行領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。為此,中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)加大了對(duì)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、電子商務(wù)和數(shù)字出版領(lǐng)域的研究和探索。研究信息技術(shù)對(duì)中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)的影響,尋找圖書發(fā)行界在信息化建設(shè)中應(yīng)采取的措施和對(duì)策,是本論文研究的目的。 本論文在界定圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化概念、內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,分析信息技術(shù)對(duì)圖書發(fā)行業(yè)的影響,總結(jié)中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,并從電子商務(wù)、數(shù)字出版、保障體系等方面進(jìn)一步研究中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展方向,希望在中國(guó)圖書發(fā)行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)與發(fā)展的研究上有所突破。 在論文中,作者嘗試建立中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)模型。作者認(rèn)為:國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,要加快中國(guó)圖書發(fā)行產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,需要從宏觀和微觀(企業(yè))兩個(gè)層面推進(jìn)信息化建設(shè)。宏觀層面,需要優(yōu)化行業(yè)管理體系,加強(qiáng)有關(guān)法律建設(shè),加大對(duì)新型圖書發(fā)行模式的政策扶持,打造大型圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)集團(tuán)和加快出版發(fā)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)。微觀(企業(yè))層面,需要構(gòu)建適應(yīng)信息化建設(shè)的企業(yè)文化;制定和執(zhí)行企業(yè)信息技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);在流程再造基礎(chǔ)上建立ERP(企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃)、CRM(客戶關(guān)系管理)等信息系統(tǒng);全面開展電子商務(wù)并迅速介入數(shù)字出版物發(fā)行。 本論文以湖南新華發(fā)行集團(tuán)為典型案例,剖析中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)在信息化建設(shè)方面的工作,介紹他們?cè)贓RP系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)和數(shù)字出版物發(fā)行系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方面的規(guī)劃及設(shè)想,希望能為中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)提供借鑒和參考。 論文內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)如下: 第1章:引言。闡述中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)研究目的和背景,歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容。 第2章:中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)情況。在對(duì)圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化相關(guān)概念、內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定的基礎(chǔ)上,厘清中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)應(yīng)包涵的內(nèi)容,提出國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)模型,分析信息技術(shù)對(duì)圖書發(fā)行業(yè)的影響,總結(jié)我國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)歷史與現(xiàn)狀。 第3章:電子商務(wù)在中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用。在這一章中,首先介紹了電子商務(wù)定義、內(nèi)涵和表現(xiàn)形式;然后分析國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)實(shí)施電子商務(wù)背景和必要性,介紹圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)電子商務(wù)需求;最后就中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)實(shí)施電子商務(wù)的原則、方案和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施提出了自己的看法。 第4章:數(shù)字出版對(duì)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化的影響與對(duì)策。作者在厘清數(shù)字出版定義、類型和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了數(shù)字出版快速發(fā)展原因,研究了國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化與數(shù)字出版之間的關(guān)系,分析了國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)開展數(shù)字出版物營(yíng)銷的可行性和策略。 第5章:中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)保障體系。在這一章,就掣肘中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的有關(guān)問題進(jìn)行研究和剖析,提出中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)為了有效推進(jìn)信息化建設(shè)必須進(jìn)行流程再造,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè),做好IT規(guī)劃,重視行業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定與實(shí)施。同時(shí)提出,良好的信息化宏觀外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部信息化管理機(jī)制也是中國(guó)國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化健康發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。 第6章:研究結(jié)論及局限。在這一章中,提出了國(guó)有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,需要從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行推進(jìn),同時(shí)對(duì)本研究存在的局限進(jìn)行了說明。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the major trend of economic and social development in the world today. It is also the key link of upgrading and realizing industrialization and modernization of China's industrial structure. Vigorously promoting national economy and social information is a strategic measure to cover the overall situation of modernization and has been established as the national development strategy of China.
The state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China shoulder the great historical mission of propagandizing Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of "Three Represents", and carrying forward the great historical mission of advanced culture. In today's economic globalization and social informatization, China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises not only face the diversification of market demand and diversification of competition subjects. It is also an inevitable choice to promote the development of enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Information technology has begun to be used in the process reengineering, management and industrial structure adjustment of the book distribution enterprises, and began to apply from the tactical level to the strategic level, from the part of the application to the strategic level. In the next ten years, the basic reason for the adjustment and change is the application of information technology in the field of book issuance. For this reason, China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises have increased the research on the field of information system construction, electronic commerce and digital publishing. It is the purpose of this paper to study and explore the influence of information technology on the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China and to find the measures and countermeasures that the book distribution circle should take in the construction of information technology.
On the basis of defining the concept and content of the information technology, this paper analyzes the influence of information technology on the publishing industry of books, summarizes the history and current situation of the information construction and development of the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China, and further studies the informatization of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises from the aspects of electronic commerce, digital publishing and security system. We hope to make breakthroughs in the research of information construction and development in China's book industry.
In this paper, the author tries to establish the information construction model of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprise. The author thinks that the information construction of the state-owned Book issuing enterprise is a complex system project. To accelerate the development of the Chinese book publishing industry, it is necessary to promote the information construction from two aspects of macro and micro (enterprise). We should strengthen the management system of the industry, strengthen the relevant legal construction, strengthen the policy support to the new book issuing mode, build the large book distribution enterprise group and accelerate the standardization construction of the publishing and publishing industry. On the basis of reengineering, we established ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other information systems, and launched e-commerce in an all-round way and quickly involved in the issue of digital publications.
This paper, taking the Hunan Xinhua Publishing Group as a typical case, analyzes the work of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises in the construction of information technology, and introduces their plans and ideas on the construction of ERP system, the construction of electronic commerce platform and the construction of digital publication distribution system. On the basis of clarifying the definition, type and development status of digital publishing, the author summarizes the reasons for the rapid development of digital publishing, studies the relationship between the information and digital publishing of the state-owned Book issuing Enterprises, and analyses the number of state-owned Book issuing enterprises. The feasibility and strategy of the marketing of the character publications.
The fifth chapter: the information construction guarantee system of the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China. In this chapter, the problems related to the information construction of the Chinese state-owned Book issuing enterprises are studied and analyzed.
