【摘要】：通過訪談主編及追溯其辦刊思想,總結(jié)出國際著名期刊《Applied Energy》(應(yīng)用能源)成功之道:不忘初心,構(gòu)建一個分享的平臺;戮力同心,創(chuàng)作一曲學(xué)術(shù)的交響樂;溫柔以待,打造一個公平的學(xué)術(shù)共同體;如虎添翼,組建一個傾情付出的審稿團隊;源頭活水,2科學(xué)家與主編雙重角色相融協(xié)同。嚴(yán)晉躍教授一以貫之的信念是:守得《應(yīng)用能源》這"半畝方塘",攜手全世界能源研究科學(xué)家,去探索改變世界之路。
[Abstract]:Through the interview with the editor in chief and tracing back to his ideas of running the journal, the author summarizes the success of the internationally renowned journal Applied Energy: not forgetting the original ideals and aspirations, building a platform for sharing; working together to create an academic symphony; and gently waiting for it. Create a fair academic community; like tiger wings, set up a dedicated review team; the two scientists and editor-in-chief dual roles. Professor Yan Jinyue's consistent belief is that he holds the "half-acre square pond" and works with energy research scientists around the world to explore ways to change the world.
