【摘要】：隨著市場化的深入發(fā)展,單純保護(hù)性、單純依賴性的國有出版企業(yè)必將面臨或被解散或被兼并的危機(jī)。因此加強產(chǎn)品研究開發(fā)、提高運營管理效率、統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、完善市場體系等,成為出版企業(yè)必須妥善應(yīng)對的問題,這些對于微小型出版企業(yè)尤其必要。文章從掌握書業(yè)潛力股,做好經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略定位與創(chuàng)新,發(fā)掘企業(yè)"核心競爭力",完善企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)運營模式,加強出版企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理等方面提出了微小型出版企業(yè)運營策略。
[Abstract]:With the further development of marketization, the state-owned publishing enterprises, which are purely protective and dependent, will face the crisis of being dissolved or merged. Therefore, strengthening the research and development of products, improving the efficiency of operation management, coordinating the development strategy, perfecting the market system and so on, become the problems that the publishing enterprises must deal with properly, which are especially necessary for the small publishing enterprises. This paper puts forward the operation strategy of small publishing enterprises from the aspects of grasping the potential stock of book industry, making good strategic orientation and innovation, excavating the "core competence" of enterprises, perfecting the business operation mode of enterprises, and strengthening the internal management of publishing enterprises, etc.
