【摘要】:在推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)出版和新興出版融合發(fā)展中,應(yīng)堅(jiān)持市場(chǎng)在資源配置中起決定性作用的原則,針對(duì)我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)出版和新興出版融合發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題,通過管理創(chuàng)新提高已有政府財(cái)政支持手段的使用效率,激發(fā)出版業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主體的經(jīng)營(yíng)活力,帶動(dòng)金融資本、社會(huì)資本進(jìn)入其中,使傳統(tǒng)出版和新興出版融合發(fā)展得以順利推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In promoting the integration of traditional and emerging publishing, we should adhere to the principle that the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources. Through the management innovation to improve the use efficiency of the existing government financial support means, to stimulate the business vitality of the main body of competition in the publishing industry, to drive the financial capital and the social capital into it, so that the integration of the traditional publishing and the emerging publishing can be promoted smoothly.
