【摘要】：文章介紹了國家標準審核與編輯加工合二為一(簡稱"標準審編合一")產(chǎn)生的背景,分析了審編合一實施中存在的問題及對策,包括如何保證人員達到審編合一的要求、如何調(diào)整標準生產(chǎn)流程以縮短周期、如何提升標準質(zhì)量及如何有效利用國家標準制修訂工作管理信息系統(tǒng)4個方面。標準審編合一對于提升標準質(zhì)量、縮短標準周期、節(jié)省成本具有至關(guān)重要的意義。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the background of the combination of the national standard auditing and editing process (called "the integration of standard review and editing"), and analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the implementation of the unity of review and editing, including how to ensure that the personnel can meet the requirements of the integration of review and editing. How to adjust the standard production process to shorten the cycle, how to improve the standard quality and how to effectively use the national standard system revision work management information system four aspects. The integration of standard review and editing is very important for improving standard quality, shortening standard period and saving cost.
